"This is just the last five days. If I go back further, It’s all over the northeast.
Just notice, these are rail sureys. These are aircraft flying over areas we believe to be railroad centric, and they're running routes back and forth collecting data, arial footage, of the areas where the rail and trains are moving. I don't know if its because they are concerned of additional sabotage or if they're trying to ensure that the rails are safe. That becomes important when you get over to this area right here. Notice it's over left and right of D.C. basically. Why is that important? Because if you have a domestic episode, and that's the word I'm going to use. You have to read between the lines on this one. Notic that they are very concerned about the ability to get military equipment to the D.C. metro area. That's just the perception that I'm looking at when you look at all the rail systems that feed around that, I find it very interesting because if something happens here domestically and things go hot, they're going to need the ability to protect D.C., and that means you're not driving tanks from Illinois over to D.C. You don't do that; you put them on trains and you get them in there…."
