So that their economic systems don't completely collapse when the USD falls. The Fed must be destroyed, but there is no reason that the people of Brazil and India, et alia, need to starve. Also, there needs to be a place for people to flee, good and bad. The "good" guys will be allowed economic sanctuary, while the baddies will be scooped-up. I'm told that one particular baddie will try to flee to Kenya, and that it won't work out for him.
