There have been some very interesting political developments in Scotland over the past 3 weeks. In the space of 3 weeks the most senior figures in Government and the leading political party, the Scottish National Party (SNP) have resigned.
It seems that the party have tried to fix the leadership election and the UK intelligence services, GCHQ, have said there is a credible threat that 'Russian hackers' could interfere with the voting systems and have stepped in to protect the integrity of the process.
Background to this is a situation 4 years ago where it seems that there was a criminal conspiracy where the First Minister and top Civil Servant colluded to get the previous First Minister jailed for trumped up rape charges.
Looks like there could be criminal charges coming - worth watching developments.
