PN>>18550842 Stephen Miller: @America1stLegal sues National Archives, obtains Biden Burisma docs

BREAKING: America First Legal Releases Second Set of Joe Biden’s Vice Presidential Records from Lawsuit Against the National Archives==1/2=

March 20, 2023

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, America First Legal (AFL) released the second production of records obtained through its lawsuit against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) from Joe Biden’s time as Vice President in the Obama Administration regarding Hunter Biden and his corrupt foreign business dealings.

This second set of documents confirms there was effectively no daylight between Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, who coordinated through their most-trusted associates in response to the controversial stories regarding the Biden family’s business dealings in Ukraine. The evidence from these documents is that:

Then-Vice President Biden personally signed off on the statement given in response to reporters about whether Hunter’s appointment to Burisma undermines the Vice President’s credibility in pushing anti-corruption measures in the country;

The Office of the Vice President connected reporters writing about Hunter’s appointment to Burisma to Amos Hochstein, a trusted Biden advisor who was then the “point person” for International Energy Affairs at the U.S. Department of State, to provide a “unique and valuable perspective” on the relationships in Ukraine;

The Office of the Vice President coordinated closely with Rosemont Seneca Advisors in response to press inquiries, including inquiries regarding Hunter Biden’s alleged Ashley Madison Account; and

U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine, Marie Marie L. Yovanovitch, reported–to the Department of State’s Victoria Nuland, Anna Makanju in Vice President Biden’s Office, and the National Security Counsel’s Eric Ciaramella (famously the “whistleblower” in the first impeachment proceeding against former President Trump)–that “[t]his time there are accusations thatBurisma allegedly had a subsidiary dump natural gas as a way to pay bribes” and “[m]entions that Hunter Biden and former Polish President Kwasniewski are on the Burisma board.”

Vice President Biden personally signed off on an official press statement about Hunter Biden.

Despite Joe Biden’s assertions that he had zero involvement with Hunter’s appointment to Burisma, he personally signed off on the official statement in response to questions from reporters about whether Hunter’s position with Burisma undermines the Vice President’s credibility in pushing anti-corruption measures in the country.

Eric D. Schwerin, Hunter’s associate at Rosemont Seneca Advisors, LLC, corrected typos in Vice President Biden’s official statement.

Email2

The Office of the Vice President connected reporters (who were writing about Hunter’s appointment to Burisma) to Amos Hochstein, the “point” person for International Energy Affairs at the U.S. Department of State, to provide a “unique and valuable perspective” on the relationships in Ukraine.

Paul Sonne of the Wall Street Journal reached out to the office of the Vice President regarding whether Hunter’s involvement with Zlochevsky at Burisma would undermine the Vice President’s message on Ukraine.

Email3

The Office of the Vice President connected the Wall Street Journal to Amos Hochstein.

Email4

Amos Hochstein is, according to Politico, “the most influential Joe Biden adviser that most people don’t know about.” According to Axios, he is “one of President Biden’s closest confidants.” According to Senator Grassley and Senator Johnson’s committees’ staff report, then-U.S. Special Envoy and Coordinator for International Energy Affairs Amos Hochstein raised concerns with Vice President Biden, as well as with Hunter Biden, that Hunter Biden’s position on Burisma’s board enabled Russian disinformation efforts and risked undermining U.S. policy in Ukraine. However, he testified to the committees that he did not recommend that Hunter leave Burisma’s board because he did not “believe that was my place to have that discussion, one way or the other.”

Jim Risen, New York Times journalist, was also working on a story related to Vice President Biden’s trip to Ukraine and Hunter Biden’s role with Burisma Holdings and reached out to the Office of the Vice President.

2/2

After providing him with the official statement signed off by Joe Biden, the Office of the Vice President recommended he speak with Amos Hochstein, “the State Department point on International Energy Affairs.”

Email6

Instead of answering the question from the New York Times regarding whether Hunter had ever traveled with Vice President Biden to Ukraine, the Office of the Vice Presidenturged the New York Times not to publish embarrassing details from Hunter’s record.

Email7

The Office of theVice President worked hand in glove with Rosemont Senecain response to press inquiries, including the story about Hunter Biden’s Ashley Madison account.

Eric D. Schwerin, Hunter’s associate at Rosemont Seneca Advisors, LLC, fielded press inquiries on behalf of both Hunter and former President Kwasniewski, who were board members of Burisma, and coordinated with the Office of the Vice President.

Email8

Inquiries about an Ashley Madison account registered with Hunter Biden’s email were fielded by official statements from both the Office of the Vice President and Rosemont Seneca Advisors, LLC.

Email10

Incredibly, the records include an email from then-U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie L. Yovanovitch to, among others, Victoria Nuland(currently the Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs) at the Department of State, Anna Makanju in Vice President Biden’s Office, and Eric Ciaramella – the “whistleblower” in the first impeachment proceeding against former President Trump – in the National Security Counsel.

Forwarding an email prepared by a Ukranian public relations and political intelligence firm called “=lbicompany,” Yovanovitchreported, “This time there are accusations that Burisma allegedly had a subsidiary dump natural gas as a way to pay bribes. Mentions that Hunter Biden and former Polish President Kwasniewski are on the Burisma board.”

Given the evidence that the former Vice President was signing off on statements concerning his son’s involvement with Burisma and that Yovanovitch and Ciaramella were aware of Burisma’s alleged activities, it appears that formerPresident Trump’s concerns about Biden family corruption were widely shared within the Obama Administration, itself.

Statement from America First Legal President Stephen Miller:

“More explosive revelations in the latest batch of documents obtained as a result of America First Legal’s litigation against the National Archives. These documents conclusively demonstrate that there is no daylight betweenHunter and Joe Biden on Ukraine. Taken together with the Oversight Committee’s revelations about the Biden Family finances, it is now indisputable that there is a need for afull criminal investigation into the Bidens’ foreign influence peddlingand exotic foreign financial payoffs. This can be ignored no longer.” said Stephen Miller.
