Law enforcement not expecting possible Trump arraignment until next week: report

Former President Donald Trump is not expected to be arraigned until next week if he’s indicted over an alleged hush money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels, according to a report.

A law enforcement source told Fox News on Monday that the Manhattan grand jury hearing evidence against the 76-year-old former president has another witness slated to testify on Wednesday and that Trump’s arraignment, if he were to be indicted in the case, would not be expected until next week.

It is unclear who will be testifying on Wednesday.

Trump declared in a post on his Truth Social account over the weekend that he expects to be indicted and taken into custody on Tuesday.

A source close to the former president told The Post on Monday that if an indictment comes down, “Trump would surrender in Florida and fly to New York to be arraigned.”

The former president would also have to appear in Manhattan court in person as opposed to a virtual hearing.

“We are not doing criminal cases, including arraignments, virtually,” a representative for the state courts told The Post on Monday.

It is believed that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is looking into charging the 45th president with falsifying business records and conspiracy to violate campaign finance law related to his reimbursement of $130,000 to his former fixer Michael Cohen for the alleged hush money payment to Daniels in 2016, just before the presidential election.

The payment was allegedly made in an attempt to keep Daniels quiet about an affair she claimed to have had with Trump a decade earlier.

Trump has vehemently denied any wrongdoing, and he has called on his supporters to protest his potential indictment.

New York City, state, and federal law-enforcement groups held high-level closed-door meetings Monday to plan for the possible aftermath of Trump becoming the first former president in US history to ever be indicted.

Law-enforcement sources told The Post Monday that all cops were told they have to report to the job in uniform Tuesday at 7 a.m. and court officers added that traffic around the Manhattan courthouse was being “restricted’’ Tuesday.

Another Plandemic? New “Vaccine” Is Being Prepared for a Bird Flu Jump to Humans, “Just in Case”

A bird flu shot for humans is being prepared “just in case” it mutates. But if it hasn’t mutated to infect humans yet, how do the “scientists” have access to the sequencing to create an effective vaccine anyway?

The current outbreak of avian flu known as H5N1 clade 2.3.4.4b has killed record numbers of birds and infected mammals. Human cases, however, remain very rare, and global health officials have said the risk of transmission between humans is still low. Yet Big Pharma is ready to cash in whenever the media tells people the bird flu is going to kill them the same way they did with COVID-19.

Executives at three vaccine manufacturers told Reuters they are already developing or about to test sample human vaccines that better match the circulating subtype, as a precautionary measure against a future pandemic. Other Big Pharma giants say they “stand ready” to mass produce vaccines and to reap the benefits of another plandemic.

There has also been a push among companies to develop a bird flu vaccine for poultry, a market potentially far larger than that for humans. –Reuters

The goal here is obviously to profit off of the demise of birds (and humans, should it come to that). Whether the avian flu is real or a completely made-up and hyped-up thing is irrelevant. Unfortunately, a good amount of people have already fallen for it and will get the shots or get sick with whatever is going to be released and called “avian influenza.”

Most of the potential human doses are earmarked for wealthy countries in long-standing preparedness contracts, global health experts and the companies said. Many countries’ pandemic plans say flu shots should go first to the most vulnerable while supply is limited. But during COVID-19, many vaccine-rich countries inoculated large proportions of their populations before considering sharing doses.

So the ruling classes are all of a sudden concerned with impoverished people having access to “vaccines” it creates? This whole scheme reeks of narrative.

As a prosecutor, current Florida governor Ron DeSantis repeatedly cut plea deals to give lenient sentences to defendants convicted of child pornography crimes, according to records obtained by NATIONAL FILE.

In one case, the deal DeSantis cut with the child porn aficionado cut the perpetrator’s sentence from thirty years down to six year.

In another plea deal DeSantis cut with a sailor facing a child pornography charge, the service member ultimately only received a 6-month prison sentence rather than a maximum 10-year sentence.

At least two of the child porn consumers DeSantis cut deals with were members of the U.S. Navy.

According to a court document: “visual depictions involved the use of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct and which visual depictions were of such conduct.” In June 2008, DeSantis became the assistant U.S. attorney on the Baker case.

DeSantis did not oppose Baker’s attempt to modify the conditions of his release pertaining to curfew and travel. In October 2008, DeSantis submitted a “downward departure” motion that created a “one level reduction in the Defendant’s total offense level,” and Baker ended up getting sentenced to only one year and one day in prison.

DeSantis signed the motion, which stated: “The defendant’s guilty plea permitted the government to avoid preparing for trial and permitted the government and the Court to allocate resources efficiently.”

In 2008, prosecutor Ron DeSantis made a plea deal with U.S. sailors Matthew Orth and Chase Keefover, who received indictments for possessing or transmitting child pornography on a Navy ship. Both of the sailors were facing lengthy prison sentences, with Orth looking at 30 years behind bars and Keefover facing ten years in prison.

In September 2008, the Florida Times-Union reported that “Matthew S. Orth, a sailor on the USS Roosevelt, was ordered held without bail on charges he used a computer to transmit from the ship six images depicting minors as young as 9 engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Orth was indicted last week on one count of transporting pornography and two counts of possession. Chase E. Keefover was arraigned on one count of possessing nine images of child pornography on his laptop computer aboard the USS Halyburton.”

But DeSantis cut deals for both of the sailors. DeSantis dropped one of the three charges against Orth and Orth received a prison sentence of only six years, followed by 15 years probation. Here is Ronald DeSantis’ signature on the Orth plea agreement:

In 2007, Gregory Baker was charged for allegedly possessing a thumb drive with child porn on it.

DeSantis also made a plea deal with Keefover that led to Keefover serving only six months in prison followed by six months of house arrest. Here is Ronald DeSantis’ signature on the Keefover plea agreement:

Terri Green similarly called out Dave Rubin, Jordan Peterson, and Ron DeSantis for their support of the controversial procedure called IVF many homosexual couples use to try to “conceive.”
