Dated in what looks like April 24, 192_. Can't make out the last digit, would be weird if 1925…adds up to 17.
It's not 1925…it's either 1920 or 1926 which both have a Saturday the 24th in April.
Explains the camera and the collar. Thinking this one might be a bit high strung.
