1. Big pharma/food supply/ birth control/ tap water provide the chemical preparation.

1. A controlled media narrative+ SM+ Targeted ads/ narratives prepare many minds at once.

1. A suitable target is identified through constant monitoring of the population. Either a real agent or a targeted technological trigger activates the programming.

It is not unrealistic to believe that MK ultra is being applied to the population at large.
