If violent TN tranny was telling the truth she wanted to die. That is all. For whatever reason, she could not do it herself so she created a situation where she would die. Perhaps medical people told her their transgender drugs would make everything better when they knew they would not intentionally placing her in despair. From there they manipulate her to get her to do something that they tell her will bring relief.
