Not to be nit-picky but in this Tony Robbins scenario, ice-coffees have condensation. Handing someone an iced coffee which probably had condensation on the cup would leave a wet residue on your hands as opposed to a warm coffee which would be warm and dry leaving no residue. Therefore the "iced-coffee" person WAS cold and uncaring as far as the residue is concerned.

I stand corrected, I was wrong. I should've listened more carefully, please disregard my previous post on the Tony Robbins scenario. I get it, they were primed and it was a character in the paragraph they were reading about that they ascribed the cold/warm character toward. Not the person who handed them the coffee.
