If there truly is no case, why would it get the point of a trial? Why wouldn't the judge (ignoring if comp'd or not) just shut it down? One would think the judge would have already reviewed. Especially with all of the external commentary that there is no case.
Thanks Anons. It's interesting how I know and believe this, but the brain continues to want to cling to the "rules". I suspect that the conditioning is difficult to break and why Anon can understand why so many still struggle to believe the system is truly broken.
