Hold people accountable for their actions. You hang a gangster, he doesn't get to reproduce any more. You begin to reduce the number of sociopaths in society. You begin to reduce the number of narcissists.
Allow people to defend themselves and their honor again. Remove police as we know them and replace them with citizen volunteers. Allow society to handle its ills again instead of just jailing the criminal element. We neither need nor want their continued presence in society and with the training wheels off, society would handle those who are problems post haste.
Evil has flourished due to our judicial system.
We CAN utterly defeat evil in this generation, and if allowed to, we can keep it out of society.
