after five years these people just don't get it: that era of music was mostly people who if they didn't compromise their morals, and didn't sell out . . . they got nothing, no air play, no fame, no fans, nothing.
and the idea that 50 years later peole still think those people were heros, or that their lyrics were pertinent . . . is troubling.
like a few nights back someone was all 'how dare you not like woodstock'
after 54 years you think they would have figured it out.
