The Fox Guards the Hen House:
When someone with a security clearance discovers a crime: their legal course of action is to disclose that information to another Gov agency authorized to receive classified information. But what happens when that authorized government agency is corrupt, as has been shown to be irrefutably factual time and time again?
Can a law or ruling be passed that protects whistle blowers who disclose classified information in accordance with:
ยง 17.22 Classification of information; limitations.
(d) Information shall not be classified in order to conceal inefficiency, violations of law, or administrative error; to prevent embarrassment to a person, organization, or agency; to restrain competition;
-
"Disclosure of classified information, if proven to be in violation of the law, shall not constitute a crime"
Thanks to the war on drugs, by the government who is the biggest supplier of drugs, the judiciary is mostly compromised. So you may end up in the same spot eventually. However it would be a rather interesting implosion of DS actors, and death of the DS by a thousand cuts.
This of course would not be an ideal solution for a great number of reasons. However, I would argue that it is more ideal than the death of 3.5 billion people in order to shore up this massive dam of crimes / lies with their bones. Particularly in hindsight.
