It, IMHO and through observation, is narcissism to the N'th degree. Does not matter who / what gives the attention as long as the attention is received; Troon gets no attention, they ramp up the obnoxious nature of their act / being, whatever you would call it, until said attention is received. This may be an over simplification, but from all the videos and what not of the Rainbow alphabets "mis gendering" their students and what not, each one seeming more "drastic" than the last, leads me to believe it's about what will get them attention, need for being accepted, etc. and these psychopaths will not accept not being accepted and/or adored by all.
