Three people were shot while driving, and four fatalities were found inside a home. Law enforcement officials from both state and local agencies are heavily present at the scene, and the suspect has been taken into custody . Due to the ongoing investigation, the southbound lanes of I-295 have been closed, causing significant traffic disruptions

Coming from the perspective pf somone in the military for over 21 years and still active, that type pf grouping is from an individual with alot of time down range., just saying, im ok myself, but if that was a moving target while driving eradicallly, that is professional.
