Had to look up the 14th amendment, not one familiar with, I am tarded. It was interesting to me that in section 3 of it it talks about people who make oaths of office. How is Biden and pretty much every politician not guilty of this shit. How is this not applied to Brunson?
Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment prohibits anyone who has previously taken an oath of office (Senators, Representatives, and other public officials) from holding public office if they have "engaged in insurrection or rebellion" against the United States.
