Mysterious ‘fairy doors’ popping up all over city has residents baffled

A series of tiny doors scattered through the alleyways of an Australian city has left people scratching their heads.

Tourists and locals have been sharing videos after stumbling across an array of “fairy doors” in Brisbane – prompting many to ask: “Why are they here?”

The first “mysterious” mini doorway, which measures just a few inches in height, appeared in Burnett Lane in the city’s CBD back in 2017.

Since then, more have been steadily popping up, with an array of “weird and wonderful” tiny doors now dotted around for people to find and enjoy.

The miniature attractions are the brainchild of artist Mace Robertson, who recently admitted there are so many doors, he cannot remember how many he has installed.

Robertson said he’d been inspired to create the series after spotting the global “fairy doors” phenomenon, a so-called “magical portal between” our world and the fairy realm usually found at the base of a tree trunk overseas.

“I saw them pop up in other cities around the world and I thought Brisbane needs more art and why not do that,” he told the Brisbane Times in March.

His first creation was a red door, complete with a window archway and even the number “45a”, but there have been an array of different designs in the years since – and finding them all has become a popular sport.

Social media is awash with videos from visitors and locals alike as they stumble across the doors before attempting to find more.

Food blogger Adrian Widjy recently shared his experience with Brisbane’s mini doors, declaring it the “best thing” he’d discovered about the Queensland city.

“Have you heard or seen these #TinyDoors or #FairyDoors around Brisbane?” he asked his 262,000 followers.

“It is such a fun activity hunting them down given that there are plenty around Brisbane City,” he said. “They have amazing details!”

His video shows three different designs he located in Fortitude Valley, including a fire station with doors.

Some even open to reveal a QR code, which plays a behind-the-scenes film with the artist who created them.

The NRCC put out and then swiftly deleted a direct attack on Bud Light, whose parent company donated nearly $500,000 to its candidates in the most recent campaign cycle.

The National Republican Congressional Committee quietly deleted a fundraising page Saturday that took aim at one of its largest donors, the parent company of Bud Light, Anheuser-Busch.

The NRCC’s backpedaling follows conservative calls for a boycott of the beer company after it partnered with transgender TikTok personality Dylan Mulvaney.

On Saturday morning, the powerful committee that provides support to Republican congressional campaigns blasted out a tweet calling for supporters to donate to the NRCC and, in exchange, be given a custom drink koozie.

“Thanks to Dylan Mulvaney, we can all finally admit that Bud Light tastes like water,” the NRCC said in a since-deleted tweet that The Daily Beast reviewed and can be seen below. “With our new koozie’s, you can make sure no one confuses Bud Light with real beer ever again.”

The decision to reverse course is almost certainly a reaction to the reality that the parent company behind Bud Light is a major donor to the group—and comes after Donald Trump Jr. urged an end to a boycott of the “conservative-leaning” beer. In the 2022 cycle alone, Anheuser-Busch and its employees gave the NRCC $464,505.

Had to look up the 14th amendment, not one familiar with, I am tarded. It was interesting to me that in section 3 of it it talks about people who make oaths of office. How is Biden and pretty much every politician not guilty of this shit. How is this not applied to Brunson?

Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment prohibits anyone who has previously taken an oath of office (Senators, Representatives, and other public officials) from holding public office if they have "engaged in insurrection or rebellion" against the United States.

I see Gaia as beginning many things. There is much that will be to revealed you. Yes free will and free choice has to be accounted for, and so there is always a variability in the plan. But yes, as this one is persistently reminding me that your free will has been so violated, and I am deeply saddened by this, and very aware. Remember I am you and I feel all that you feel, and when we connect in that space together you feel my strength. Remember, I know that your free will has been violated against universal law, and this is why you have and will continue to have so much help. Help for your healing for yourselves and your world. But the exciting part, children, the exciting part is that you will be able to concrete and to co-build and co-heal this beautiful realm. You will have the tools that you need. They are manifesting now. You will have the direction and sheer will to continue. You will be angelically over-lighted, guided, and protected in all ambitions.

Theory on possible Hunter Biden indictment: They will find the smallest charge they can, give him a single indictment, have a prosecutor to make sure he gets no jail time, just a fine or something, and then the Democratic Party will claim the DOJ is not biased and did go after Hunter. Maybe even take it a step farther and announce the investigation into him turned up nothing. Hunter is never running for office, so this little indictment won't even hurt him.
