Kirby [White House press conference]: I know there's been a lot of questions…about this alleged drone attack at the Kremlin. We're still trying to gather information about what happened…one thing I can tell you for certain, is that the United States was not involved in this incident in any way.
Kirby: From the very beginning, the Russians have been trying to paint this war as some sort of fight with the west against Russia, NATO against Russia, the United States against Russia…like it was some sort of existential threat to Mother Russia, and of course it's not. Russia is the aggressor here.
[NATO has been attempting to surround and overthrow Russia for many years]
Kirby: The majority of cruise missiles that were launched against Ukraine in just the last forty-eight to seventy-two hours, the Ukrainians were able to down using air defense capability…that have been provided not only by the United States, but by allies and partners.

Kirby: These troops [being sent to border] are not going to participate in law enforcement activities, they are simply going to flesh out what is already an existing mission by DOD on the border, with administrative tasks, helping with logistics, and sustainment.
Reporter: Do you expect to ever be in a position to be able to confirm whether this drone attack [Kremlin] took place or not?
Kirby simply shrugged; gave no answer.
Kirby emphasizing that the Kremlin attack is 'alleged', and saying,
"I don't know whether it was a false flag."
