Not when you consider both sides were denied any air superiority due to advent of stingers, MANPADS, air-defence missile systems possessed by both sides. No one could safely fly extensively. Then add denial of effective use of tanks by cheap drones being available to both sides. That contributed to a fear of using tanks extensively. Now you have left is a situation where artillery tries to engage from as far away as possible with troops 'dug in' for protection from arty. And here we are, back in WW1. Watch moar vids on BITCHute and other channels. Been watching them daily. It makes sense. RUs waiting til UK's air defense systems are exhausted, which is soon. Expect moar air activity from RUS to start up soon.
