O’Keefe Media Group – Citizen Journalist Says Maricopa County Election Director Rey Valenzuela Told Her How to Abuse ERIC Voter Registration System to VOTE MULTIPLE TIMES

A citizen journalist with O’Keefe Media Group(OMG) has come forward after having an exchange with Maricopa County Election Director Rey Valenzuela at the secret invite-only “Summit on American Democracy” from May 8-9.

Valenzuela reportedly told the woman exactly how she could abuse the ERIC voter registration system to fraudulently vote multiple times in different states.

This event in Washington, DC, was hosted by partisan hack David Becker and his Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR) organization. David Becker is also the far-left operative who founded the ERIC system used in over 30 states, including Arizona, with 35m voter records.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Maricopa County Supervisor Bill Gates ran away from conservative journalist Laura Loomer’s questions about his election corruption and participation in this far-left election conference on Monday.

The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on the left-wing voter registration drive, disguised as voter roll clean-up, and how it can be abused.

As Jim Hoft of The Gateway Pundit reported, “The ERIC database is comprehensive and would be one of the most coveted by bad actors looking to influence an election.”

Originally funded by the Soros Open Society, it is now responsible for cleaning the voter rolls in a majority of states, plus D.C. A top election official from each member State is appointed a seat on the ERIC Board or as an Officer, all unpaid positions.

Additionally, ERIC does NOT want to know who is voting illegally. Their rules explain that “Under no circumstances shall the members transmit any record indicating an individual is a non-citizen of the U.S.,” as stated in Exhibit A, 2b. If ERIC hears no evil, then they see no evil.

This is the first time an elections official has admitted that the system can be abused and illegal voters can go undetected.

This could help explain The Gateway Pundit’s previous reporting on whistleblower testimony that voters with out-of-state driver’s licenses were allowed to vote in the Maricopa County 2022 election, which was stolen from Trump-Endorsed candidates. Multiple women, both Democrats, at one Maricopa County voting location were not registered to vote; however, the inspector overseeing that location “called the hotline, and she spoke to someone at the hotline, and then suddenly, she was registered and able to vote a regular ballot,” according to another poll worker.

It is unclear whether they voted in multiple states, but this new report from an OMG citizen journalist further reveals that election officials may be in on the scheme. Maricopa County did not respond to The Gateway Pundit’s request for comment.

GOP Whip Emmer Calls for Mayorkas Impeachment: ‘Children Are Disappearing, People Are Getting Killed’

House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN) called on Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to be impeached on Friday, saying the chief border official’s “failure to act” necessitates Congress removing him from his position.

Because Mayorkas has not resigned, “he should be impeached,” Emmer told Breitbart News.

The Minnesota Republican, while speaking during a one-on-one interview in his Capitol Hill office Friday, delved into the heated topic of impeachment, saying the overwhelmed southern border represents the “greatest malfeasance” at the hands of President Joe Biden’s top border official.

“They talk about being humane. Children are disappearing. People are getting killed,” Emmer said. “You’ve got 80 people that have come across the southern border that are on the terrorist watch list.”

Emmer’s comments come the day after Biden lifted the Title 42 border barrier, a policy former President Donald Trump implemented in the name of coronavirus that has served as one of the last tools for border officials to work to stem waves of illegal migration.

Prior to Thursday, the Biden administration had seen more than five million encounters of illegal migrants at the southern border, according to federal data.

“This, to me, is the greatest malfeasance, and malfeasance is — it’s not a failure to act — it’s an intentional failure to act. Mayorkas should be impeached,” Emmer said. “I think we should be talking seriously about that regardless of what this feckless Senate might want to do.”

Emmer, the number three Republican in the House, moreover concluded that the Biden administration has “blood on their hands,” a comment that is similar in gravity to what House Foreign Affairs Committee chairman Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX) said one day prior at a press conference.

“Mayorkas is guilty of child abuse, in my opinion, by not vetting the sponsors of the parents, supposedly, or sponsors of these children,” McCaul told reporters minutes after the House passed Republicans’ marquee border security bill on Thursday.

Emmer’s commentary is however GOP leadership’s strongest rebuke yet of Biden’s border chief and serves as an escalation from earlier this year, when the Minnesota Republican said impeachment was merely “possible” given the surging illegal migration that has occurred since Biden took office.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) told Breitbart News during this interview in March that he was open to considering impeachment proceedings against Mayorkas.

“The one thing I’ve always said is we’re not like Democrats; we don’t do impeachment just for political purposes,” McCarthy said. “But if something rises to that occasion — that’s why we will do all the homework on what has transpired down here and if that reaches to an impeachment inquiry, we’ll follow through with that.”

Emmer, when pressed further on taking such an escalatory step against Mayorkas, doubled down on his remark.

He acknowledged that while some in his conference may have “constitutional disagreements” over whether impeachment is the appropriate move, “actual law and the precedent that’s been set” indicate impeachment is the next action.

“I know that we’re going to have members — much like other constitutional disagreements we’ve had, there’s probably going to be a member who says … who’s a stickler about high crimes and misdemeanors,” Emmer said. “I believe if you look at the actual law and the precedent that’s been set — and forget about the phony impeachment stuff that the Democrats have been doing for political stunts — this one’s a real, real issue. You can see the pictures live every day. You have an administration and an idiot that’s in charge of the border. I don’t know where 85,000 children went.”

“Please,” Emmer said. “It’s time for him to go. He should do the honorable thing and resign. He won’t. Therefore, he should be impeached.”

Rep Issa Calls for Investigation of Hatch Act Violations by CIA Inspector General

Congressman Darrell Issa (R-CA) sent a letter Wednesday to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Inspector General to request the agency investigate findings by the Judiciary Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, displaying current employees of the spy agency “[advancing] partisan political interests” of the Biden campaign in the lead-up to the 2020 election.

The 65-page “interim report,” compiled by the Judiciary Committee, Intel Committee, and Weaponization of the Federal Government Select Subcommittee released Wednesday details how at least one CIA employee allegedly had a role in obtaining signatures for the now-debunked statement that 51 former intelligence officials signed, casting doubt on the Hunter Biden laptop series published in the New York Post in 2020.

Rep. Issa’s letter requests the IG investigate violations of laws prohibiting executive branch officials, namely law enforcement and national security agency employees, from participating in political activity.

Rep. Issa’s letter to the IG begins:

I am writing to request your office investigate the participation of CIA employees in the coverup of the Hunter Biden laptop story in the final days leading up to the 2020 Presidential election. Recently revealed information provided to Congressional investigators suggests that taxpayer resources and CIA staff may have been used to aid the Biden 2020 presidential campaign.

As you know, the Hatch Act requires a clear dichotomy between the constitutional and statutory duties of federal officials and any political or campaign-related activities in which they engage. Federal law detailed under 5 U.S.C. § 7323(b)(2)(B) further restricts employees within federal law enforcement and national security agencies, including the Central Intelligence Agency.

“These employees may not take an active role in political activity, even while off duty.”

Issa adds that the investigation by the IG is necessary to further the Congress’s work in assessing how government power is abused — the core focus of the subcommittee.

“So that Congress can effectively consider whether taxpayer resources and intelligence organizations are being used improperly to advance partisan political interests of the Democratic Congressional candidate and the Democratic party, I ask for your swift review of all necessary materials,” the letter concludes.

Issa told Breitbart News that he requested an IG investigation to create separation with the administration in investigating a matter that has an obvious conflict of interest, saying, “No one is buying that the Biden Administration can credibly and transparently investigate itself.”

“No one is buying that the Biden Administration can credibly and transparently investigate itself. This is why the Inspectors General exist: To provide an independent and reliable review of the executive branch when we can’t trust its own people,” he told Breitbart.

“The CIA knows the truth here: Either one or more of its employees committed an extreme Hatch Act violation and tampered in the 2020 election – or didn’t. The fact that our committee is being stonewalled on what is essentially a simple question only strengthens our resolve to get the truth,” he continued.

Supreme Court opinion uses female pronouns to refer to transgender woman

In a recent opinion, the U.S. Supreme Court used female pronouns to refer to a man who identifies as a woman.

The case pertains to a transgender woman from Guatemala who is seeking to remain in the U.S.

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson delivered the high court's opinion in the case, and she was joined by Justices John Roberts, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. Justice Samuel Alito filed a concurring opinion, in which he was joined by Justice Clarence Thomas.

"Petitioner Leon Santos-Zacaria (who goes by the name Estrella) fled her native Guatemala in her early teens. She has testified that she left that country, and fears returning, because she suffered physical harm and faced death threats as a transgender woman who is attracted to men," Jackson wrote in the opinion, using female pronouns to refer to the man.

"Santos-Zacaria eventually sought refuge in the United States. Her first stay in the country was brief, and she was removed by immigration authorities in 2008. In 2018, she returned and was apprehended again by immigration authorities," Jackson wrote. "At that point, Santos-Zacaria sought protection from removal, including withholding of removal based on the likelihood she would be persecuted in Guatemala."

President Joe Biden nominated Jackson to serve on the Supreme Court after pledging that he would nominate the first black woman to the nation's high court.

"We kept our promise to put the first Black woman on the Supreme Court, and we've appointed more Black women to the federal circuit courts than all previous presidents combined—and we're not done yet," Biden tweeted on Friday.

During the confirmation hearing last year, Jackson made headlines when she said she could not define the word "woman" and noted that she is not a biologist.
