Just thought I'd say that my bank closed my account for apparently an overdraft fee which I only go into by 10 or 20$ and gets paid off as soon as money goes in there. No notice, I was with the bank for 6 years, even voted in some of their elections for president and VP and such. Here's the kicker, it's a Credit Union that advertises "for the community".
My city is overrun by Chinese (prob 50% now) and so was that Credit Union Branch. The workers are overwhelmingly Chinese (prob 80%+), and very rude / cold.
You prob don't have to guess why they closed my account. Anyways I'm already pretty much minimal, I only had that super basic debit card but still, bonkers how it can just happen without warning over $10 which always got paid off.
I asked the lady to give me a written statement it was closed and she wouldn't give me one, said it very cold vibe (Chinese lady). Done with Private Banks and I hope they rot.
