Morning anons…

A little DNA primer since I think we will be talking about mRNA solution from food and pathogens soon…

So here is how it works…

DNA is expressed in the nucleus of cells…

DNA polymerase (and RNA polymerase) read the DNA and create "micro"RNA…

The microRNA is clipped and diced and exported (sometimes) outside the nucleus…

Some microRNA becomes "messenger RNA" = mRNA…

mRNAOVERWRITES DNA

So let's say you have cancer. Cancer is caused by a bacterial infection which alters the metabolism of cells. As these bacteria move from their home base to other organs the cancer "metastasizes". In order for this to happen the cancer bacteria must alter and mutate some DNA and in particular P53 must be mutated. The bacteria use microRNA to do this and this is both TESTABLE and PREDICTIVE = I can run your spit through a PCR and detect microRNA…

^^^^^I am pretty sure this is what the last Q post is about
