and with that MERS thing everyone was skipping out on the recordation requirement for deeds, see the statute of frauds for why a written deed has to be recorded. microsecond trading abstractions of mortgage based whatevers do not fulfill that requirement. if you live there, stand tall and fight off the presumptions. in my hometown there are 50 homeless camps and 50 houses sitting vacant because they are lost in the ghost title microsecond trading somewhere and no one maintains them or mows the lawn.

there was a guy here famous by hearsay who moved into a bank abandoned house (zombie title thru MERS and companies going bankrupt in microseconds and all that) and turned on the utilities in his name and ran a tight sober flophouse for a few years before the banks said "you can't do that" and ran him out.

 

there are like 100 homeless camps now in my nearest 4 square miles. what i can see from the car and not the people who are in the trees and want to be left alone. can't really go walking anymore.

corporations, having no physical body to house, should not be allowed to own housing. perhaps some kind of specific trust could be allowed but not corporations, generally.
