Super Interesting…

>titles of nobility - esquire - no attorneys allowed

>used to be that a "lawyer" was one who had studied the law and an >"attorney" was a BAR member. eventually the BAR associations got rid of the >"lawyers" and took over the word. that whole practicing law without a license >thing.

So, A Few Questions…

Is Donald J Trump an Attorney?

Was Abraham Lincoln a Lawyer or an Attorney?

Did Abraham take part to remove the 13Th Amendment?

Seems Lincoln did not take the BAR…

Presidents Who Passed the Bar Exam

Most presidents who had a formal legal education did not take the bar exam. For example, John Quincy Adams, Zachary Taylor, and William Howard Taft all attended law school but never took the bar exam. However, there have been a few presidents who did take and pass the bar. These include James Monroe, Franklin Pierce, Gerald Ford, and Barack Obama.
