And if one choice is just as miserable as another, he will have no reason to care if someone else imposes their own choices on him. The Biden Foundation, created by former Vice President Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Biden, announced Thursday that it would suspend operations effective immediately.
The widely anticipated announcement came just hours after Joe Biden formally launched his campaign for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination.
The Bidens “now will be devoting all their time and effort to the presidential campaign,” foundation board chair Ted Kaufman said Thursday.
