Trump Encourages Supporters to Protest Outside Miami Courthouse

Former President Donald Trump is encouraging supporters to protest outside the Miami courthouse where he is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday afternoon.
During an interview with Roger Stone on Monday, Trump was asked about a rally organized being organized by Laura Loomer.
The rally is scheduled to begin at noon outside the courthouse on 400 North Miami Avenue. A flyer for the protest urges people to “bring your Trump flags, Trump shirts, Trump hats, Trump signs, bullhorns & your love of President Trump.”
When asked for his thoughts on the planned protest, Trump did not hesitate to endorse it.
“We need strength in our country now,” Trump said. “Our country is being taken away from us. Our country’s going Communist. It’s going Marxist. It’s going really bad. The people of our country aren’t that way, but the people running it are.”

“We need strength at this point, and everyone’s afraid to do anything,” Trump said. “They’re afraid to talk. They have to go out, and they have to protest peacefully.”
Trump complained that when he was arraigned in Manhattan over charges of falsifying business records, the police kept protesters very far away from the front of the courthouse.
“Look, our country has to protest. We have plenty to protest. We’ve lost everything. We’ve lost our borders. We’ve lost our election integrity. We’ve lost respect all over the world. They want to double and triple your taxes. Look at what they want to do to your taxes,” Trump continued. “These crazy people want to make your taxes so high that you’re not going to be able to live.”
The former president and current 2024 Republican frontrunner reminded Stone that our nation was energy independent just three years ago under his leadership.
“We were soon going to be energy dominant. We have more oil than Saudi Arabia or Russia,” Trump continued. “We were going to have more than both of them put together.”
Trump continued on to say that it is “very sad” what is happening in this country.

CNN Drags in Former Oath Keeper and Serial Liar Jason Tatenhove to Smear Trump Supporters Before Trump Arraignment
Former Oath Keeper Jason Van Tatenhove testified before the January 6th show trial in July 2022 in front of a national audience.
Tatenhove’s testimony was littered with half-truths and outright lies. Liz Cheney and the committee knew this but let him “testify” anyway. There was no cross examination. There never is. The January 6th committee is an insult to Western law and tradition. It was a made for TV show trial.
Tatenhove was the Oath Keeper’s Media Director in 2015-2016. It’s been over 7 years since he worked for the Oath Keepers organization.
Tatenhove accused the Oath Keepers of plotting an “armed revolution” on the US Capitol on January 6.
The truth is that the Oath Keepers were told to leave their weapons in their hotel room that day. There was NO armed revolution and there never were plans made for an armed revolution.
Tatenhove also accused the Oath Keepers of being a racist, anti-Semitic group knowing this is a complete lie. In fact, several of the current leaders in the Oath Keepers movement are African-American. Oath Keepers Operations Leader Michael Greene is black and was indicted by the Biden regime and found guilty for standing in the unmarked area around the US Capitol on January 6.
Tatenhove also said law enforcement died that day. This was another lie. One police officer died from a stroke the following day. However, four Trump supporters were killed that day. At least two were killed by DC police officers.
Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes later called The Gateway Pundit to discuss Jason Van Tatenhove’s slander against his organization. Rhodes encouraged every member of the Oath Keepers to sue Tatenhove for defamation.
Tatenhove was not at the January 6 rally or protests and has not held any office with the Oath Keepers since 2016. But he continues to defame the Oath Keepers and the fake news continues to call him in to smear the organization and all Trump supporters.

Grassley’s ‘17 Recordings’ Bombshell Brings Bidens And Burisma Back Into The Spotlight

‘The foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversations with them.’
The Ukrainian owner of Burisma allegedly made 17 audio recordings of conversations with the Bidens, Sen. Chuck Grassley revealed Monday from the Senate Floor. Then-Vice President Joe Biden may also have been involved in prompting Burisma to hire his son for a cushy job on the board of directors, according to Grassley’s summary of the FD-1023 confidential human source report the FBI continues to withhold from Congress.
These new details, coupled with the House Oversight Committee’s subpoenaing of Hunter’s business partner and fellow Burisma board member on Monday, place the Ukrainian oil and gas company back in the spotlight of the Biden family pay-to-play scandal.
For the last month, Grassley and House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer have pushed the FBI to release the FD-1023 CHS report that alleged a foreign national — identified by individuals with knowledge of the matter as Mykola Zlochevsky — had bribed the Bidens to influence policy decisions. Zlochevsky, the founder of the Ukrainian oil and gas company Burisma, had allegedly told a “highly credible” CHS, that he paid then-Vice President Biden $5 million and Hunter another $5 million to prompt the firing of a prosecutor looking into Burisma corruption.
The FBI refuses to release the FD-1023, however, prompting Grassley to call for transparency. To that end, the Iowa Republican told the country that “the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversations with them.”
“Seventeen total recordings,” Grassley continued. “According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses 15 audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden.” Another two audio recordings involve calls between Zlochevsky and then-Vice President Joe Biden, Grassley stressed.
Then, after noting that Zlochevsky kept the recordings “as a sort of insurance policy,” Grassley added that the same FD-1023 also indicated that “then-Vice President Joe Biden may have been involved in Burisma employing Hunter Biden.”
Americans have long known Burisma paid Hunter Biden ridiculous sums of money to sit on its board, but until yesterday, the sham seemed crafted by the Ukrainian company to buy influence with the Obama-Biden administration. Now, however, it also appears the then-vice president had a hand in Hunter’s position on the board.
The claims that Zlochevsky possessed recordings — not just of Hunter Biden, but also of “the Big Guy” — suggests we face a serious national security risk, with a compromised president potentially beholden to a blackmailer.
This new revelation makes FBI headquarters’ burying of the FD-1023 doubly bad: Not only did the FBI improperly discard the CHS’s intel as “disinformation” and thus not adequately investigate the Bidens’ activities, but the bureau apparently also failed to consider the need to provide Biden a defensive briefing.
In addition to unveiling these two new important details, Grassley suggested more details will be forthcoming. “I want everyone to remember that I have read the unredacted version” of the FD-1023, the Iowa senator said as he ended his floor speech.
What Grassley will reveal next, however, is but one of the worries for the Bidens. Yesterday also brought news that the House Oversight Committee had subpoenaed Hunter’s ex-business partner and friend Devon Archer to testify on Friday.
Archer had sat on the board of Burisma with Hunter. The two were also longtime business partners at Rosemont Seneca. Archer was reportedly “present at meetings Hunter arranged for his foreign business partners to meet with his father or talk to him on the phone.” Archer was also famously photographed meeting then-Vice President Joe Biden “in his White House office weeks before Archer and Hunter joined the board of the corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma.”
These facts suggest Archer may be able to confirm some of the details provided by the CHS. It seems unlikely Archer will talk, though, with Hunter’s former business partner instead likely asserting his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. On the other hand, Archer recently lost his challenge to an unrelated criminal conviction for fraud, and he may see cooperation as more attractive now.
But that presumes Archer has someone to bargain with, and the Biden DOJ is unlikely to want to cut a deal with him. The Republican-controlled House may, however, and while not widely known, it also has the power to grant immunity from criminal prosecution. That might just be what is needed to expose the extent of the Bidens’ corruption.
The corruption of the DOJ and the FBI is another matter entirely — hundreds more whistleblowers are needed for that enterprise.

Bell Chevigny, Smith’s late mother-in-law, was even a Senior Justice Fellow at George Soros’s Open Society Foundation. Bell also sat on the Board of the Human Rights Defense Center, which received donations from the New World Foundation, a liberal New York-based organization closely connected to Hillary Clinton.
Bell is survived by her husband Paul, an anti-police obsessive at the NYU School of Law who blamed Americans for the “harassment of people because of their Arab or Muslim connections” immediately after the 9/11 terror attacks.

Thousands of Trump supporters are expected to turn out to protest this latest obvious injustice
The controlled legacy media started this weekend pushing rumors that there will be violence at the Trump arraignment.
We know today that this is not beneath the Deep State to plant dozens of FBI operatives into a crowd to create havoc and instigate violence.
If you are attending the rally today have your camera ready to film any suspicious activity.
There is ample proof that DC Metro Police started firing on the Trump crowd on January 6, 2021, without warning. FBI operatives and government assets were inside the crowd instigating much of the violence. Four Trump supporters were killed by the authorities that day.
If the regime does initiate violence this will not play out well for Governor Ron DeSantis or Miami Mayor Francis Suarez.

Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) blasted President Joe Biden over an alleged “criminal bribery scheme” in which an FBI informant suggests the president and his family have received millions of dollars in foreign payments, asking if they had paid their “fair share.”
On Monday, while speaking on the Senate floor, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) revealed that a largely unredacted version of the FBI’s FD-1023 form said that “the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversations with them — 17 such recordings.”
In response, Donalds affirmed that Grassley’s comments “pan out” with what he has seen of the same form.
“Everything that Sen. Grassley says does pan out because the document does state that the Burisma executive actually has receipts,” Donalds told Fox News host Laura Ingraham. “And then the other piece that definitely pans out is that they move the money through several accounts that would take investigators 10 years to find.”
“By the way, I will add this: Joe Biden likes to say that the rich need to pay their fair share,” he continued. “’Hey, Joe, did you pay your taxes on that $5 million?’ I don’t think you did.”
Donalds asserted that he believes Biden is compromised and echoed others’ calls for a special counsel investigation.
“The president and the president’s family have been shaking down foreign companies and foreign countries for a long time,” Donalds said. “Don’t tell me that Joe Biden is not compromised by the fact that his family has gotten millions and millions of dollars through all these dummy shell corporations that they set up in his last year and a half as vice president.”
“They set it up on purpose for this exact thing,” the congressman said. “It’s time that a special council is brought forward to investigate this the same way they have a zealous prosecution of President Trump.”
When asked about the alleged “bribery scheme,” Biden has called the allegations “a bunch of malarkey,” saying, “Where’s the money? I’m joking.”
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) also told Ingraham to expect appropriations legislation coming from the House next week that will employ Congress’s “power of the purse” and seek to withhold government funding of the FBI amid allegations of corruption within the federal agency.

Biden DOJ Wants to See Trump Die in Jail – Faces 400 Years in Prison If Found Guilty on All Charges
Legal experts warn that even one slip in former President Donald Trump’s defense against charges of mishandling classified material could send him to jail for the rest of his life.
When Breitbart did the math of the 37 counts against Trump, assuming the maximum for each count, Trump could face a sentence of up to 400 years in prison.
The site noted that two of the allegations against Trump carry a maximum of five years each; four carry maximum sentences of 20 years each, and 31 counts carry a maximum sentence of 10 years each.
Republican Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina said locking up Trump forever was the plan all along, according to Fox News.
“Joe Biden wants to give Donald Trump a death sentence for documents,” Mace said.
“He’s facing hundreds of years for mishandling documents, and they want him to die in jail. And yet Hillary Clinton’s standing free today,” she said.

Although Trump has put a bold front on his predicament by saying he would not abandon his campaign even if convicted, legal scholar Jonathan Turley said Trump is in a tight spot.
“The problem is that he’s got to run the table. He’s 76 years old. All the government has to do is stick the landing on one count and he could have a terminal sentence,” Turley told Fox News.
“You’re talking about crimes that have a 10 or 20-year period as a maximum. The evidence here is quite strong and we haven’t heard their other side. Generally, these indictments are a lot stronger on the day they’re issued than the next day,” Turley said.
Turley said the defense “may be able to knock down some of these issues, but some of this evidence is coming from his former counsel. And these are very damaging statements made against him. It may be hard to move those.”
“The fact is both things may be true. Yes, the Department of Justice may have been out to get him, but he made it easy. I mean, if you look at what is being described in this indictment, confronted with someone that he felt was trying to get him, he couldn’t have made it more easy for them to do so,” Turley said.
In a column on his website, Turley said the stakes are high for both sides.
“The Justice Department has done tremendous damage to itself — and, potentially, to this case — due to its prior history with Trump. FBI and Justice officials have shown open bias against him and have treated him differently than figures like former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton,” Turley wrote.
But Truly did not minimize the stakes for Trump.
“Trump is now facing the most serious criminal charges in his career. If successful and Trump is not pardoned by himself or one of his Republican competitors (or even by a magnanimous Joe Biden), it could be a lethal threat. At 76 years old, Trump would be unlikely to survive a prison stint even without the imposition of the maximum sentences allowed under these charges,” Turley wrote.
Turley noted in another column posted on his website that although the 2024 presidential election is 17 months away, the case might well not go to trial until after the voting, which means, as Turley wrote, “the ultimate judgment in the case will be the millions of jurors in the coming election.”

Trump Handed More Good News After Indictment, Lead in GOP Primary Now 'Insurmountable': Poll
A new poll published after former GOP President Donald Trump’s indictment last week showed him with an “insurmountable” lead at this point in the 2024 nominating process.
The I&I/TIPP poll released Monday found Trump at 55 percent support in the Republican presidential primary followed by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis at 19 percent, so a 36-point spread between the two.
The next closest is former Vice President Mike Pence, who formally launched his candidacy last week, at 6 percent support and former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley and Sen. Tim Scott, also from the Palmetto State each at 3 percent.

Trending: Biden's Embarrassing Mistake Has People Editing Him Into a Literal Jester
“So Trump’s edge, when it comes to his own party, again appears insurmountable at this early stage of the nominating process,” Terry Jones, editor of “Issues and Insights,” argued in a piece reporting the results.
The online nationwide poll of 1,230 voters was conducted from May 31 to June 2 with a margin of error of +/- 4.6 percentage points.
The survey was finished before both Trump’s federal indictment on mishandling of classified documents charges or Pence officially entering the race.
But given the rally-to-the-flag effect on view when Trump’s polling support among Republicans rose after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted him in late March on falsifying business records allegations, it seems likely the 45th president’s support will stay the same or grow.
On Monday, the RealClearPolitics polling average showed Trump ahead of DeSantis, by 33 percentage points, so in line with the I&I/TIPP poll results.
Looking back at the polls that make up the RCP average, several of them found Trump with single-digit or low double-digit leads throughout much of March.
However, following Bragg’s March 31 indictment announcement, Trump’s lead shot up to the 30-plus percentage point range in most of the polls.
Trump is also slightly ahead of President Joe Biden in the RCP average at 1.8 percent.

Trump Names Hunter Biden As His Running Mate So DOJ Will Stop Investigating Him
PALM BEACH, FL — Former President Donald Trump seemed to have outsmarted federal prosecutors once again, as reports out of Mar-A-Lago indicated the 45th President and current 2024 candidate had chosen Joe Biden's son, Hunter, as his running mate, leading the Department of Justice to halt all investigations against Trump.
"It really is a brilliant, ‘4D chess' type of move," said disheveled political analyst Steve Bannon after Trump made his announcement. "There's no way the DOJ or the FBI will do any investigating when Hunter Biden is attached to the campaign. Checkmate, losers!"
Within minutes of naming Biden his new running mate, Trump was notified by the government that the indictments against him were being thrown out, leading Trump to make a celebratory post on his Truth Social account. "TRUMP WINS ONCE AGAIN," he said. "I REMAIN UNDEFEATED AGAINST THE CORRUPT DEEP STATE'S EFFORTS TO TAKE ME OUT. HUNTER BIDEN IS MY NEW RUNNING MATE, MAKING ME INVINCIBLE TO ANY INVESTIGATION. HE'S EVEN MORE TRUSTWORTHY THAN MY PREVIOUS RUNNING MATE. SO MUCH WINNING!"
Unable to continue their quest against Trump, DOJ officials admitted defeat. "It's over," said a source within the department. "We're not allowed to go anywhere near Hunter Biden, so Trump and his campaign can now run roughshod. Much like the women Hunter hires at night, our hands are tied."
At publishing time, new vice presidential candidate Hunter Biden, who had last been seen passed out in an alley after a 3-day crack cocaine bender, was unavailable for comment.

'Spit It Out Right This Instant!' Shout Secret Service Chasing Biden With Battery In His Mouth
WASHINGTON, D.C. — A brief commotion arose on the White House lawn today, as a Secret Service agent could be heard shouting "Spit it out! Spit it out right this instant!" as he chased President Joe Biden out onto the grass. A source within the administration later confirmed that Biden had a AA battery in his mouth at the time of the incident.
"This has been a daily common problem over the last few years," said the source. "He's always just putting the most random things in his mouth. Batteries, rubber bands, paper clips…you name it. The frustrating this is, we can't convince him to actually take bites of his lunch half the time, because he just wants to get up from the table and go play."
Tourists sightseeing near the White House at the time reported seeing Biden frantically shuffling away from the pursuing Secret Service agent, determined to not follow the orders to spit out the battery. "He looked like he was being very disobedient," said one onlooker. "I think I even heard the Secret Service agent tell him he wouldn't get his fruit snacks this afternoon."
An anonymous source within the White House later revealed Biden was ordered to sit in the "Time Out" chair in the corner of the Lincoln Bedroom before his wife, Jill, directed him to apologize to the Secret Service agent.
At publishing time, White House staff had been urgently called to the Oval Office after President Biden was found scribbling on the walls with a Sharpie.

Trump Indicted For Keeping Classified Documents At Mar-A-Lago Instead Of Somewhere Secure Like The Trunk Of A Corvette
U.S. - Former President Donald Trump has officially been indicted by the federal government on seven counts of not storing highly classified documents in his garage behind a corvette.
"Mr. Trump had these documents securely stored in a closet instead of strewn about the garage. Straight to jail," said Merrick Garland. "Trump's failure to haphazardly toss Top Secret documents behind a car is nothing short of treasonous."
For his part, Mr. Trump has denied all wrongdoing. "I hide all my classified documents behind the best, most beautiful cars at Mar-A-Lago," said Mr. Trump. "Corvettes are for the poors. Do I look like a poor? Ha! I would never put Top Secret documents behind anything cheaper than a McLaren! What a rube!"
At publishing time, the DOJ announced they would also indict Trump for making a deal with Ukraine without his son receiving millions of dollars in bribes.

With An Obscure Committee, Speaker McCarthy Can Restore The House’s Institutional Integrity

Nancy Pelosi gravely damaged the House’s integrity by violating long-standing rules. One mechanism is readily available to restore order.
One of House Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s primary goals, having regained leadership of the House, must be to reinstate the institutional integrity that was honored only in the breach over and over again by Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
Long-standing fundamental House rules and protocols repeatedly were violated under Pelosi, for the single purpose of pursuing a partisan political agenda at the expense of historically honored principles. The formation of the House Select Committee to Investigate the Jan. 6 Attack on the Capitol and its indisputable perversion of important House rules highlight the issue. The rules that were violated allowed the committee to abuse the subpoena process and deny subpoenaed witnesses basic protections the rules were intended to provide. This must be corrected immediately.
There is one mechanism readily available to the speaker to restore order and respect for the rules. It is called the Bipartisan Legal Advisory Group (“BLAG”).
The BLAG was created in 1993 by a Democrat-controlled House, over the objection of a majority of Republicans in the House. It is a body comprised of five members of the House leadership, three majority party members and two minority party members, that speaks for the House in directing litigation in which the BLAG perceives the House to have a direct interest.
Republicans who opposed the formation of BLAG argued that the entire House should vote before a legal position that purports to speak for the House is adopted. The Democrats prevailed, and now by House rule, once BLAG members vote to direct the House general counsel to participate in litigation and take a position, even if the vote is 3-2, its position speaks for the entire House.
The J6 Committee’s Actions Highlight Partisan Abuse of the Rules
McCarthy characterized the degree to which the Jan. 6 Committee flagrantly violated long-entrenched House protocol and rules to support its partisan political agenda as “unprecedented” and “an egregious abuse of power.” However, when the rules violations have been challenged, courts have concluded that they were bound by the House’s own interpretation and application of its rules and had to yield to the BLAG as the official advocacy voice of the House. Since BLAG endorsed the Jan. 6 Committee’s actions by a 3-2 vote, their rules violations were permitted with impunity, notwithstanding the express language of the House rules.
McCarthy must now convene the BLAG, as he has the full authority to do, to reverse its partisan political perversion by Pelosi and company, and to return the House to a body that at least honors its own rules, without regard to a politically expedient agenda of the day.
The following examples of the Jan. 6 Committee’s abuse of House protocol and rules demonstrate why we should care and why McCarthy must act now.
First, the House resolution creating the Jan. 6 Committee called for it to be comprised of 13 members, five of whom were to be selected in consultation with then-House Minority Leader McCarthy. Despite McCarthy’s public protestations, Pelosi summarily rejected McCarthy’s selections for the committee. McCarthy then refused to participate in a process that violated the rules, and the committee went forward with nine members instead of the 13 provided for in the resolution creating it. Pelosi’s partisan political selections for the committee undermined its integrity.
Second, the committee abused its authority regarding witnesses called to testify, in violation of the resolution establishing it and House rules and regulations. These important rules require consultation between a committee’s chair and its ranking minority member before a witness can be subpoenaed to give sworn testimony. Under long-standing party rules and House protocol, a committee’s ranking minority member is chosen by the House minority leader. Her or his purpose is to protect a witness from abusive partisan subpoenas and from abusive questioning during a deposition.
The Jan. 6 Committee had no ranking minority member as a matter of law. Some have tried to claim Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., was the ranking minority member, but this is expressly contradicted by the unequivocal statement by Committee Chair Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., that Cheney definitely was not the ranking minority member (as you can see at the 16:37 mark at the committee’s first hearing). The committee had none.
Under House rules and the Jan. 6 Committee resolution, without a ranking minority member, the committee had no valid subpoena authority. The rules deem the protection of subpoenaed witnesses to be so important that unless each witness called to testify is given a copy of Rule 3(b), which explains the committee’s deposition authority, the committee cannot compel a witness to testify. The Jan. 6 Committee failed to give key witnesses a copy of the rule.
The BLAG Process Must Not Be Abused for Partisan Political Purposes
In order to formally endorse the committee’s clear violations of express House rules and established protocol, Pelosi convened the BLAG and secured a 3-2 vote along strictly partisan lines, authorizing House counsel to file a brief in federal court in Washington, D.C., advising the court that the House’s official position to which the court must yield was that the committee must be deemed to have fully complied with the rules, notwithstanding the actual language of the rules, because the Democratic Party-controlled BLAG so voted, albeit 3-2 on partisan party lines.
The text of the rules and historical House protocol were rendered meaningless. Pelosi and her cronies successfully argued, through the BLAG, that courts must yield to what the political party in power at the time in the House says House rules mean, regardless of the harm caused to the rights of individual Americans and to the institutional integrity of this constitutionally critical branch of government. The courts so far have yielded to that BLAG position.
McCarthy Can and Must Restore Institutional Integrity
McCarthy has spoken loudly and in compelling terms about the grave damage done to the integrity of the House by the composition of the Jan. 6 Committee, its disregard for the rules and protocol, and the damage the BLAG’s actions did in arguing in favor of the committee’s perversion of the rules and protocol.
McCarthy has it well within his power to easily remedy the matter and restore the integrity of House rules and the institution itself. This depends on having rules and protocols that are applied evenly and consistently and are not violated with impunity simply to serve a partisan political agenda.
He can and must convene the BLAG and make it clear through that legal voice of the House that the earlier 3-2 BLAG vote endorsing the perversion of the rules and protocol no longer is valid and cannot continue to speak for the House. The BLAG must identify the rules and protocol violations committed by the Jan. 6 Committee about which McCarthy so adamantly complained, and the BLAG must set the record straight as to the procedural safeguards that the rules provide with respect to committee actions.
Committees must not be allowed to run roughshod over the rights of Americans called to testify. Moreover, every one of us has a direct stake in the integrity of committee investigations on important matters of public interest. The House must ensure that the institutional integrity of the House has been restored and that our individual rights matter and are not to be violated by our elected representatives to serve their partisan political purposes. Only then can we be true to the fundamental American principle of a government of the people, by the people, and for the people.
