Trump announcing the indictment on June 8th was NOT what DOJ/SCO wanted. I'll show you.

 

The very first document on the docket is the motion to seal the indictment. It says that the grand jury returned an indictment on June 8th, 2023. (wish it gave a time, but it doesn't)

 

The filing says that Trump and Nauta were informed that they were targets of the investigation, but that neither Trump nor Nauta were informed of the decision to seek an indictment.

 

Citing intense media/public interests, the Special Counsel's Office wanted to keep the indictment sealed and asked the judge to issue a judicial summons to Trump and Nauta for Tuesday, June 13th, at which time they would unseal the indictment.

 

They, DOJ/SCO, wanted to delay public disclosure of the indictment.

 

The judge agrees and ORDERS it all sealed until next Tuesday.

 

So what does Trump do?

 

He seizes control of the narrative and tells the whole world that he has been indicted, hahaha!

 

Which causes the Special Counsel to then ask the judge to unseal the indictment, because, well, it's now pointless to keep it sealed.

 

Judge agrees and unseals it.

 

Trump's lawyers tell media they received a summons, but have not received an indictment.

 

He always knows.

 

Just like with the MAL "Raid" and the Bragg indictment, Trump is the man who informs the world of what is going on.

 

He controls the narrative.

 

And Patriots control much more.

GREAT FALLS GUNS SHOP OWNER FEELS HE WAS RAPED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

Wednesday morning at 7:30 twenty IRS agents showed up at the Highwood Creek gun shop telling the owner of the store that he was under investigation for criminally hiding money. That's what store owner Tom VanHoose told us in an exclusive interview. The gun shop owner says the IRS agents were either carrying handguns or AR-15 rifles, "they're what the libtards call assault rifles," he said. VanHoose believes the 20 agents with guns was an attempt to intimidate.

 

In all, the agents spent ten hours at the gun shop going through computer records and paper records looking for evidence that might show VanHoose has been hiding money (income) from the IRS. He said the agents were nice but that "still doesn't mean that I didn't feel like I was raped by our government, because I do."

 

VanHoose says this is not the first time the feds have poked around his business. He says an FBI agent was outside his building a while back taking pictures of his business. He says Homeland security has also been poking around. The gun shop owner feels he may have been targeted because of the type of guns he sells and the fact that he sell silencers.

 

What about a search warrant? Vanhoose says they would only show him the front page of the search warrant and not the other pages that spelled out exactly what they were looking for. VanHoose says the IRS agents were from Denver, Missoula, Billings and Helena.

 

We also talked to Cascade County Sheriff Jesse Slaughter to ask him about comments from the public yesterday that said he was suppose to be notified ahead of time about the IRS raid. He said there is no law that says he has to be notified. Efforts were made last legislative session to pass such a law but it failed in the house. Slaughter says one of the reasons the public might want him notified is because he is the top elected officer in the county. Great Falls Police were the only ones notified prior to the raid. The sheriff was notified after the raid began.

Ex-Trump Attorney Claims On MSNBC He Witnessed 45 Instances of DOJ Misconduct: ‘I Know It Sounds Like I Made That Number Up’

 

Former Trump attorney Tim Parlatore argued on MSNBC Tuesday that “prosecutorial misconduct” could derail Donald Trump‘s federal trial. Parlatore claimed to a highly skeptical panel that he was in the room and witnessed misconduct during the grand jury proceedings.

 

“What are the issues that you think would lead to this case never going to trial?” Andrew Weissmann asked during an MSNBC panel.

 

“The biggest issue, of course, Andy, is prosecutorial misconduct,” Parlatore said, before laying out his accusations against the federal prosecutors. “This is a case where you have prosecutors who have consistently demonstrated lack of ethics and willingness to lie to federal judges in sealed proceedings. Willingness to, in the grand jury, openly suggest to the jurors that they may take the invocation of constitutional rights as evidence of guilt. Willingness to meet with an attorney for one of the witnesses and suggest that his application for a judgeship is something that should be considered and is a reason to convince his client to change his mind. ”

 

A skeptical Weissmann interjected to ask how Parlatore knew of the alleged misconduct since grand juries usually operate in secret.

 

“Because I was in the room,” Parlatore said. “It happened right in front of me.”

 

Parlatore was a witness before the grand jury considering the classified documents case against Trump.

 

Weissmann then asked what Parlatore saw.

 

“Forty-five separate times — I know sounds like I made that number up — but 45 separate times they tried to to get into attorney-client privileged information and frequently when the question was asked about conversations between attorney and client, they would turn to the grand jury and say, ‘so you’re refusing to provide that information to the grand jury?’ At a certain point, further exchange ensued where the prosecutor says, ‘well isn’t it possible to waive the privilege? And if President Trump is being so cooperative, why won’t he waive the privilege and allow you to tell the jury about his conversations with you?’ That’s totally improper. And I know, Andy, that you know, had it happened during a jury trial, it would be a mistrial, right there.”
