>see the polls with Pence at like 6%

there are psyops on instagram to convert Trump supporters against Trump. The same kind of marriage shill stuff we see here. But fueled by data they target the kind of mindset that is susceptible.

They do it to my wife. I can't get her to turn off the fucking instagram.

>must reasonably believe that the person whom he/she arrests has committed a felony

And lying is not a crime - that part is crucial. They can say they are superman on a mission to save the earth, and it has zero effect on anything

That's the legal change that should be made. Lying about their powers should be a crime, because they are implying they are a lawyer.

>they are using language to create open ended rules that serve them and punish the masses

And bottom line, they know the judges will favor them and fuck us

Law doesn't really matter. Sufficient ambiguity to do whatever they want matters

>current NYC case where the guy got choked out for example. That was a citizen retention of a person who was acting dangerous and now that person is facing years in jail just for stepping up

Yes

>Not sure why this citizen arrest thing is not used more it is always bandied about in mythical sense

Because they don't educate about it and most people only know what they've been explicitly told by the system

>if people got together possie style in theory it could be allowed per current state laws

they would demonize it in the media and infiltrate it with provocateurs, which should both be illegal
