Tennessee Attorney General is going after Vanderbilt Medical Center for fraudulent billing related to Transgender surgeries….

they are looking at referrals, medical records, coding, billing, etc.

"The Tennessee Attorney General's office is using a powerful legal tool to seek a list of anyone who was referred to Vanderbilt University Medical Center's transgender health clinic in recent years, in addition to demanding comprehensive medical records for a number of specific patients.

The office on Tuesday confirmed it was investigating potential medical billing fraud related to VUMC's transgender care, which has become a lightning rod in an increasingly contentious Tennessee political battle over transgender rights."

this is great news. I'm hoping he also goes after them for organ harvesting at some point.

Vanderbilt who makes $ from Tranny surgeries releases poll saying 52% of MAGA supports transgender care:

"For instance, healthcare. The polls asked Tennessee voters if they agree with legislation that restricts transgender access to healthcare. Here’s the response:

66% opposed restrictions.

25% agree with restrictions.

And here are the results among Republicans:

52% of the MAGA community opposes restrictions.

58% of non-MAGA Republicans oppose restrictions.

“Tennesseans wanted to keep access to healthcare for the transgender community… I think it just speaks again to the sense of community that the state has,” said Geer. “There’s been this generalization that the actions of the state legislature reflect the state – and that’s not quite true.”
