There was also a mention by Gregg Jarrett, might have been the evening edit on FBN, where he stated that Durham would have possibly had to give these fucks immunity for their cooperation and didn't bother pursuing them. Led me to think that with no immunity and all being principles in this still, ongoing conspiracy to bring a coup d'etat against a sitting President that it leaves all of them open and vunerable to the JAG and the UCMJ. Don't know if Durham had pursued them criminally in the "civil" justice system, what effect it would have on the JAG going after them. I would assume that it would not affect the Military much in the sense that a State going after a criminal with State charges after a Federal conviction.
