Once you accept the reality that justice will never be brought about by complaining, and the further overall likelihood that Americans have become far too demoralized to take actions requisite to bringing justice about, you can let go, maybe achieve some detachment, and break the copium / hopium - rage - depression cycle. Short of drastic measures that the vast majority of patriots simply lack the stomach to take, only God can lay the demons low and restore sanity to this bedlam.
