I get that water can is formed in the mantle from mineral reactions, recent evidence to support a lot more than previously considered. As to “manifestation” of elements, what is the source of mass? My understanding of current theory is that elements heavier than iron require stellar nova synthesis, and the case of such as gold, colluding neutron stars.
