For any Anons familiar with Flag rules:

I checked the US flag code and didn't see anything about this.

Question 1: When hanging the US flag vertically (as during WH pride event) does it matter which side the stars are on? I was under the impression they should be to the right as seen by the viewer.

Question 2: If The answer to above is "to the right" is hanging it with the stars to the left the equivalent of flying it upside down?
