There is no way to formally track IP hash changes. Can only track IP hashes. It's an open board where anyone can post, including shills.
When a board is new, it's possible to keep shilling to a minimum by immediately challenging those who want to sidetrack the board.
Once shills have established a foothold, it's hard to get them out, because the best of them are blended in. If there are enough of these and they are trained, they can influence other posters.
Spammers argue for freedom of speech when their "speech" is mainly either a slide or an effort to divide the board. Some anons who do not intend to be shills act as such because they think their message is so important the they have the right to repeat it over and over again, ad nauseum. But that's indoctrination, not reasoning. Trying to win over anons that way is the opposite of the discernment Q advocates.
That's why admins make efforts to keep spam down. We can't eliminate it but can try to minimize its negative impacts. Appreciate it when anons give feedback or ask questions when something doesn't seem right. Ask anytime in Meta. Blessings to all and harm towards none.
