>Anyone in a position of authority is held to higher standards, etc. and is sworn to uphold those standards and therefore are "complicit". An average citizen (like me) has no power or authority whatsoever so how can I, for example, be as guilty as a police officer who "knowingly" enforces something that is wrong?
Because you abandoned your responsibility to enforce purity of position, when you gave authority to the officer, but refused to hold the officer accountable, you created the vacuum evil needed to take hold. Your continued chosen blindness for pay, privilege and comfort excused his behavior for your own benefit. You dropped your guard and pursued your material wealth.
The problem is (You), us as a whole.
Same with the federal government, no new methods needed to repair and replace, just the will of men to enforce, but you cannot because men join militaries instead , lest they be dead by the military.
All our needed lawful rights are enshrined in our founding documents, everything else is deception and fraud vitiates all post the fraud.
