Katherine Ballard's maiden name is Zinn. Her father is a scientist for U of C Davis. He experiments on cattle in El Centro. That is where Tim and Katherine lived when he was border patrol. Katherine's uncle Ray Zinn was the CEO of Micrel. Micrel is now owned by Soros.
