So if the Federal government controls national security, at what point does the individual states becoming weak become a national security problem, at what point can the federal government just seize state power claiming jurisdiction. Its not as clear cut as some extreme constitutionalists may like people to think.

I am intrigued, trying to think quickly if there are things that should also be thought of, the biggest obstacle is not the positions themselves per se its the ability to fire people from said positions this goes for teachers as well as federal bureaucrats. No doubt overpaid and the fact its impossible to fire them creates huge problems. One question I think that might come up is how do the county level model deal with certifications for teaching? I think putting the money also back in the communities hands will do better. I think will also extend to the re imagining of what higher education looks like if it is even needed after this.
