Just in: An Air Force judge has been assigned to the joint, three-prisoner Bali bombing case at Guantanamo Bay. He is Lt. Col. Wesley Braun, who is on his second stint as a military judge, this time based in Texas.
The original case judge, a Navy captain, left the bench to direct Navy and Marine legal defense teams on the West Coast.
The next pretrial hearing in the case is scheduled for Oct. 16-27 at Guantánamo Bay.
