Democrat Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker signed a bill on Thursday that would target pro-life pregnancy centers by cracking down on so-called “deceptive practices” that dissuade women from aborting their unborn babies. The bill, SB 1909, claims Illinoisans have been “misled” by crisis pregnancy centers, and that the state “has an interest to protect against deceptive, fraudulent, and misleading advertising and practices that interfere with an individual’s ability to make autonomous, informed, and evidence-based decisions about the individual’s reproductive health and have timely access to quality reproductive health care that adheres to accepted standards of medical practice or care.”

Chino, California: School Board Votes for Parental Rights Transgender Policy Amid Death Threats

Chino Valley Unified teachers must tell parents if their child identifies as transgender under a fiercely debated policy approved by the school board late Thursday, July 20, following a contentious four-hour meeting. The new policy requires schools to notify parents in writing within three days after their child identifies as transgender, is involved in violence, or talks about suicide. California state Superintendent of Schools Tony Thurmond, who opposed the parents’ right’s proposal that became policy, was led away by security officers to shouts of “kick him out.”

Sonja Shaw, who leads the Chino Valley school board and led the effort to adopt the new policy, said that a death threat that included dismembering her, and killing her children and pets, came through on an anonymous phone call the day after the decision. Shaw is the mother of two Chino Valley students. She said that Antifa also threatened her online. In addition, she said that state officials are trying to intimidate local officials.

More than two-thirds (68%) of Californians agree that parents should be notified if their minor children change their gender identity, according to a poll taken by Protect Kids California.

A second Ukrainian missile has been shot down in the Azov area, Rostov Region Governor Vasily Golubev announced on Friday. He said the consequences of the incident were still being assessed.

Videos emerging on social media suggest that the Ukrainian rocket failed to reach any residential areas and was shot down over the outskirts of the city of Azov.

Russia’s Defense Ministry has confirmed that the “Kiev regime made a second attempt at a terrorist attack” using a modified anti-aircraft missile of the S-200 air defense system that was converted for offensive purposes.

The ministry said the missile had been intercepted by Russian air defense systems near the city of Azov, with fragments of the projectile falling in a deserted area.

Russia’s southern region of Rostov has been the target of several Ukrainian missile strikes over the course of Friday. Earlier in the day, Russian air defense systems shot down a missile over the city of Taganrog, with missile debris crashing into the city center.

According to Governor Golubev, a total of 12 people were injured in the attack, 9 of which have been hospitalized. One woman suffered a craniocerebral injury and has already undergone surgery. There are no children among the victims, the official said.

Golubev also reported that the epicenter of the strike fell on the Taganrog Art Museum. He noted that the wall of the museum, the roof, garages and outbuildings were destroyed in the attack, which also broke the windows and balconies of a neighboring residential building.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has condemned the Kiev regime’s “criminal actions,” which she said had been “directed against the civilian population and peaceful infrastructure,” and “obviously had no military meaning.”

“We call on the international community and organizations to condemn the use of terrorist methods by the Ukrainian authorities,” Zakaharova wrote, warning that “the Russian side reserves the right to take strong retaliatory measures.”

Newly subpoenaed internal documents reveal that Facebook bowed to the Biden White House’s pressure to remove certain content related to Covid-19, including posts asserting that the virus was man-made, according to an exclusive report from The Wall Street Journal.

Nick Clegg, Facebook’s President of Global Affairs, prompted the discussion by inquiring why the company was removing, rather than merely demoting or labeling, claims that the virus was man-made.

These internal documents were subpoenaed by the Republican-led House Judiciary Committee, investigating the Biden regime’s overreach of governmental power into private sector communication to censor Americans’ speech on social media.

The Biden regime asserts that its discussions were primarily aimed at promoting vaccines and advancing public health goals. Yet, these communications suggest that Facebook’s content moderation decisions may have been more susceptible to political pressure than the company has previously acknowledged.

“We have consistently made it clear that we believe social-media companies have a critical responsibility to take account of the effects of their platforms that they have on the American people, while making independent decisions about the content of their platforms,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Thursday.

Despite these revelations, Facebook maintains its stance that its content moderation decisions remain independent and are not politically influenced, which is a total lie.

Rep. James Comer Reveals 170+ Suspicious Activity Reports Filed by Six Major Banks Including JP Morgan, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, Pointing to Potential Money Laundering, Human Trafficking, and Tax Fraud Involving the Biden Crime Family

During a recent podcast hosted by Senator Ted Cruz, Representative James Comer revealed that six major banks, including JP Morgan, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, had submitted over 170 suspicious activity reports (SARs) to the Treasury Department, all concerning alleged criminal behavior by the Biden crime family.

Rep. Comer, who served as a bank director for a decade, explained that a SAR is essentially a red flag raised by a bank when it suspects that a client may be involved in illegal activities.

Despite misconceptions to the contrary, Rep. Comer clarified that SARs are very rare and not issued lightly by banks. In his experience, the bank he directed issued only two SARs over ten years.

“In the banking industry, if you had two SARs against you, it would be hard for you to open an account somewhere,” Comer said. “There wouldn’t be any bank that would want to have you as a customer, because it’s not worth the paperwork.”

The Congressman then stated that the Biden family had been subjected to a staggering number of SARs—over 170 of them.

These reports raised suspicion of money laundering, human trafficking, and tax fraud, all connected to different members of the Biden crime family.

Comer illustrated the nature of these suspicions using the example of a $3 million wire transaction from China to an associate of the Biden family, which was subsequently funneled through various shell companies within 24 hours.

“Now, remember, this account never had much activity in it over the course of ten years, maintained around a $40,000 balance. Then one day, out of the blue, they get a $3 million wire from China,” said Comer.

“He’d never gotten a foreign wire before, and there’s $3 million in an account that’s never had more than 50,000. Some months, it had $10,000 balance, but never more than 50,000. Then all of a sudden, a $3 million wire,” Comer added.

Comer further detailed the alleged set-up of approximately 20 shell companies associated with the Biden family, all allegedly involved in money laundering schemes. These companies, he stated, had no legitimate business operations and existed purely as legal entities on paper – no factories, no machinery, no products, no real estate, no business cards, no storefront.

“Money laundering is hiding money. You’re hiding the source of the money, and you’re deceiving the Internal Revenue Service to try to evade taxes,” Comer explained.

“So if Hunter Biden was doing something legitimate for China, they could have just wired the money to Hunter Biden. But they didn’t,” said Comer.

“They sent it to a company called Robinson Walker. Then they wired it to a company called Owasco. Then they wired it to another company called Bohai. These companies don’t do anything with the money,” he added.

Senator Cruz responded, “It’s just a bucket to pour the water in, then a bucket to pour it into somewhere else?”

Eric Burlison is a freshman Republican US Representative from Missouri. Burlison replaced longtime Republican Rep. Billy Long in the 7th Missouri district in southwestern Missouri.

Rep. Burlison is no wall flower. While serving in the Missouri legislature he is credited with sponsoring and passing Constitutional Carry and Stand Your Ground Laws, for which he had to overcome a Governor’s veto.

On Wednesday, Rep. Burlison and seven fellow Republican lawmakers sent a letter to Joe Biden’s corrupt Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding documents related to Special Counsel Jack Smith’s conflicts of interests review.

“The American people should be able to see the unredacted conflicts of interest review for Special Counsel Jack Smith. Smith not only has a history of political prosecutions, but his wife also donated to the Biden Campaign and produced a documentary about Michelle Obama. Given Smith’s publicly known history, one would assume these issues would have ruled him out as an ‘impartial’ Special Counsel.”

Rep. Burlison said this in his letter to Garland, “We hope that you, in compliance with DOJ regulations, conducted the required review of potential conflicts of interest prior to Mr. Smith’s appointment. In order for the American people to have confidence in Mr. Smith’s investigation, it is vital that you release the information associated with the investigation of Mr. Smith’s potential conflicts of interest.”

Rep Burlison told The Gateway Pundit, “Lady Justice is supposed to be blind, and Special Counsels are supposed to be unbiased. The facts about Jack Smith and his wife show a partisan past and his actions prove that Smith is a biased partisan hatchet man.”

Republican senators probing USDA's links to blacklisted Chinese biotech firm and its 'massive effort to sequence all of life'

Republican lawmakers are probing links between the U.S. Department of Agriculture and a blacklisted genomics company that is under the de facto control of the communist Chinese regime.

Sens. Roger Marshall (R-Kan.), Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), and Susan Collins (R-Maine) expressed concerns this week that ongoing American collaborations with BGI Genomics could jeopardize U.S. security as well as the nation's competitive edge.

The senators sent a letter to USDA Secretary Thomas Vilsack Tuesday, pressing him for answers concerning the department's relationship with BGI and stressing the importance of vigilance in "safeguarding U.S.-funded research that has potential to be weaponized against the U.S.."

BGI Genomics, formerly the Beijing Genomics Institute, runs a gargantuan gene databank and has secured DNA-sequencing contracts the world over, including for its COVID-19 and prenatal screening tests.

Axios noted in 2020 that BGI had agreed to build a gene bank and a "judicial collaboration" center in Xinjiang, where Chinese authorities reportedly erected Uyghur concentration camps, and sought to "build up genetics-based surveillance capabilities targeting ethnic minorities."

The review referenced March 2021 warnings from U.S military advisers that the vast bank of genomic data BGI was amassing could provide the communist Chinese regime with a means to a significant economic and military advantage.

This advantage could potentially take the form of a competitive edge in the development of pharmaceuticals, "genetically enhanced soldiers, or engineered pathogens to target the U.S. population or food supply."

While the company denied that it had ever been asked to provide data from its genetic tests "to Chinese authorities for national security or national defense purposes," Reuters pointed out that Beijing stipulated in a 2019 regulation that genetic data could be a national security matter — meaning the regime could ultimately access the data whenever it pleased.

1899 A.D. — On March 26th the single 19-year-old seamstress, Agnes Kurza, was slaughtered by the hand of the Jewish butcher Leopold Hilsner. The corpse was found bloodless. The murderer was sentenced to death by the court of Kuttenberg.

1900 A.D. — At Konitz (West Prussia) on the 11th of March 1900, the 18-year-old college freshman, Ernst Winter, was bestially murdered. Two days later pieces of his dismembered body were fished out of the Monschsee; almost five days later, on April 15th, the first Easter holy day, his head was found by children playing in the bushes. The corpse was completely bloodless. Winter was ritually murdered. The murder was carried out in the cellar of the Jewish Butcher, Moritz Levi, after the victim had been lured there by a young Jewess. On the day of the murder, a large number of foreign Jews were in Konitz who departed the next day without any plausible reason being given for their visit. Among them were the butchers Haller from Tuchel, Hamburger from Schlochau, Eisenstedt from Prechlau and Rosenbaum from Ezersk. The Konitz butcher Heimann disappeared shortly after the murder.
