Milgram and Zimbardo expts are other examples of science used to demonstrate how conformity can be elicited, but most were conducted by lib(tard) types who wanted people feeling helpless in the face of overwhelming social forces. They were actually promoting what they purported to study. Milgram claimed that there was nothing different about the 1/3 of subjects who refused to go beyond the safe limits of the shock experiment. What he didn't reveal was what variables he looked at, I don't think he looked at any (or hid the results). Bet you money that a belief in God, being raised in a loving,two parent family, and good personal habits helped those who resisted group pressure. But social psychologists won't look at that.

On Sunday, Delaware Republican Party Chair Julianne Murray spoke with The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft about the Hunter Biden case and court date this week in Delaware.

 

Julianne announced that on Monday, she will file an Amicus Brief with the Delaware Court.

 

Julianne told The Gateway Pundit, “What is triggering this Amicus Brief is what has happened since the plea came out, since the details were released on the plea… What has happened is David Weiss has made statements that now contradict earlier statements. ‘I was independent, now I wasn’t so independent.’ The Attorney General himself has made statements that now don’t make sense or are misleading when you take in the IRS whistleblowers that testified.

 

The case is still developing and Julianne was going to be certain that the judge and the court knew about it.

 

Julianne then told TGP about her Monday filing, “We’re going to actually file a brief tomorrow… What is triggering this amicus brief is what has happened since the plea came out.”

 

After Julianne filed her brief, the House Oversight Committee filed also filed a brief with the court that included the new allegations of criminal activity by Joe and Hunter Biden that were revealed in testimony and newly released documents last week.

 

In response to the Amicus briefs, Hunter Biden’s attorney called the court, pretended to work for the Oversight Republicans, and attempted to remove the Amicus briefs from the case. Fortunately, the attorney, Jessica Bengels, got caught.This shows the lawlessness and unethical behavior of Hunter Biden’s attorneys.

 

On Wednesday, Julianne Murray attended today’s Hunter Biden hearing. She later spoke with The Gateway Pundit.

She tells me to go talk to the Clerk of the Court. I talk to her and I explain it. And I said, I know you guys don’t like surprises. I want you to know this is coming. And she said, I’m telling the judge. So the judge knew, and I firmly believe that the way that this proceeding went down in terms of everything that was read into the record and all the stuff that happened was a result of that.

 

Julianne Murray told TGP she intends to participate in the case as it proceeds.

Judge Maryellen Noreika had demanded an explanation from Biden’s lawyers by 9 pm ET Tuesday night. This controversy arises on the eve of Hunter Biden’s plea of guilty to misdemeanor tax charges on Wednesday, while he is expected to avoid jail time on a separate gun charge.

 

A member of Biden’s legal team misrepresented herself when asking for amicus materials to be removed. According to reports, she called the clerk and requested that the information be sealed due to its sensitive nature, including grand jury, taxpayer, and social security details.

An order from Judge Noreika read, “The Court has discussed the matter with the relevant individuals in the Clerk’s Office and has been informed that the caller, Ms. Jessica Bengels, represented that she worked with Mr. Kittila and requested the amicus materials be taken down.”

 

The order continued to express concern that the caller might have “misrepresented her identity and who she worked for in an attempt to improperly convince the clerk’s office to remove the amicus materials from the docket.”

 

However, the attorneys for Biden issued a statement on Tuesday night to respond to the allegations, stating, “The matter under consideration appears to stem from an unfortunate and unintentional miscommunication between a staff member at our firm and employees of the Court.”

 

Further, they stated, “We have no idea how the misunderstanding occurred, but our understanding is there was no misrepresentation.”

 

The lawyers also stated that their Director of Litigation Services, the person who made the call, had properly identified her affiliation with Latham & Watkins LLP to the ECF Clerk.

 

“We hope this letter and the attached declaration dispels any suggestion that undersigned counsel or our staff would ever intentionally misrepresent or mislead the Court with respect to any matter.”

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has been caught faking death certificates to conceal references to Covid shots causing fatalities, a bombshell new report has revealed.

 

An examination of all the death certificates produced in Minnesota for the past eight years found that the CDC has been manipulating the records to suppress information about side effects from the vaccines.

 

According to a new report at the Brownstone Institute, the CDC “committed data fraud” by directly altering the records to hide the risks of severe health issues and death from the public and promote the “safe and effective” narrative.

 

CDC officials have been “concealing references to a Covid vaccine on Minnesota death certificates” to ensure that the fatalities were recorded as something other than the Big Pharma jabs, the report reveals.

 

The report explains the source of the details is someone “who needs to remain anonymous.”

 

However, the source was able to obtain copies of all of Minnesota’s death certificates from 2015 to the present.

 

The documents obtained by the source prove that the CDC has been significantly misleading the public about the U.S. death data and the safety of the shots.

 

“In almost every death certificate that identifies a Covid vaccine as a cause of death, the CDC committed data fraud by not assigning the ICD 10 code for vaccine side effects to the causes of death listed on the death certificate,” the report explains.

 

The report details how the CDC’s widespread suppression of information has kept the damage from Covid shots hidden from the America people.

 

“When someone dies, there is a death certificate that is filled out for official/legal purposes,” the report notes.

 

“Death certificates contain a lot of information (some states include more than others), including the causes of death (CoD).

 

“Causes of death refer to the medical conditions that ultimately played some role in the demise of the decedent.

 

“To qualify as a CoD, a condition only needs to contribute to the medical decline of the decedent in some way, but doesn’t have to be directly responsible for whatever ultimately killed the person.

 

“If someone had high blood pressure, and subsequently suffered a heart attack that led to cardiac arrest which killed them, all three conditions qualify as CoD.

 

“On the other hand, this unfortunate fellow’s ingrown toenail is not a cause of death, because it in no way contributed to their demise.”

 

Within the system, the CDC is responsible for assigning codes for those causes of death.

 

There are two codes that specifically apply to the side effects of a bad vaccine reaction, which refer to “complications following immunization” and “viral vaccines.”

 

However, not all of the records had been altered by the CDC as some still clearly identified the jabs as the cause of death, the report reveals.

 

“The first death certificate contains a Covid vaccine ICD, and it looks like the CDC was trapped and could not avoid putting it on without fundamentally rewriting the death certificate, because the vaccine complication is unambiguously listed as the UCoD (this death certificate is saying the person was killed by a heart attack caused by the Covid vaccine within minutes of injection),” the report said.

 

But many more had been manipulated to hide the jabs from being listed as the cause of death.

 

The report then lists seven death certificates “that identify a Covid vaccine as a cause of death where the CDC omitted the corresponding ICD 10 code identifying a vaccine side effect when the CDC assigned ICD codes to the death certificates.”

 

Essentially, people had been listed as dying due to their Covid shot but the CDC filtered this information out to make it appear as though the vaccines played no role.

 

One specifically notes death happened “10 hrs” after their latest “Covid vaccine” dose.

 

That victim was also known to have had Covid several months before they died.

 

However, the mRNA shot was scrubbed from the record and the person was listed as having died from Covid.

 

“Any remotely objective person would presume that if a condition that occurred seven months prior without any clear link to the actual death still nevertheless meets the standard for being identified as a CoD, then surely a condition or event that occurred a mere TEN HOURS before death identified by the doctor filling out the death certificate merits inclusion as a CoD,” the report charged.

Laughton, 39 was also photographed with former Texas representative Beto O'Rourke in 2019, who was getting ready to launch his campaign for the 2020 US presidential election at the time.

 

Laughton was federally charged with one count of sexual exploitation of children and aiding and abetting by the US Attorney's Office District of Massachusetts. According to Libs of TikTok, Laughton has a criminal history dating back to 2008.

 

A teacher at the daycare, Lindsay Groves, Laughton's former girlfriend, allegedly assisted the lawmaker in obtaining sexual pictures of the children and has also been arrested and charged with child exploitation.

 

Groves allegedly used bathroom breaks for the children to take pictures of the children and send the photos to Laughton. Phones obtained by the prosecution contained over 2,500 text messages between Laughton and Groves and included at least four sexually explicit pictures of children between three and five years of age.

 

According to the Boston Herald, in one of the texts allegedly from Groves, she said to Laughton, "I want to do this with you with one of my kids" and sent a picture of the genitals of a prepubescent boy.

 

Laughton allegedly responded, "I also need to be honest I mean yes that picture was hot of that little boy but you probably have gotten the picture by now that I prefer little girls (sic), but he is cute."

 

According to the outlet, in other texts, the couple allegedly discussed hooking up with each other and with children.

 

Groves was employed by the daycare from 2017 up until June of this year, according to the Boston Herald.

 

A mother of one of the boys at the daycare filed a lawsuit against the daycare where Groves was employed since 2017 until June of this year, alleging that the business had been told, as early as 2018, that Groves "was inappropriately touching children under their care" and "did nothing to protect the children."

 

Charges of sexual exploitation of children can result in a sentence of at least 15 years and up to 30 years in prison and include, at least five years and up to a lifetime of supervised release as well as a fine of up to $250,000.

Ukrainian sabotage attempt on Black Sea fleet thwarted – Russia

The FSB has detained an agent for Ukraine who was allegedly preparing a “terrorist attack” on a Russian Navy ship

 

An attempt by Ukrainian special services to stage a “terrorist attack” on a ship of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet has been thwarted, the Federal Security Service (FSB) announced on Thursday.

 

According to a statement, authorities havedetained a Russian Navy serviceman who was recruited by Ukrainianspecial services, and was inpossession of an improvised explosive device equivalent to 1kg of TNT.

 

The man is also suspected of providing the enemy with information that constitutes a state secret, the FSB said. Russian authorities plan to launch criminal cases on charges of terrorism, illegal trafficking in explosives, high treason and disclosure of state secrets.

 

Russian naval bases and other facilities on the Crimean peninsula have repeatedly come under attack from Kiev’s forces since the start of the conflict last year.

 

On July 17, a Ukrainian drone struck the Crimean Bridge connecting the Russian mainland with the peninsula. The attack, carried out by a naval drone, damaged a portion of the structure and killed two civilians.

 

The Crimean Bridge was also heavily damaged last October in a truck blast that killed several civilians and destroyed a significant part of the structure. Russia condemned the attack as a “terrorist act.”

 

While Kiev has traditionally refrained from officially claiming responsibility for such attacks,Vasiliy Malyuk – head of the SBU, Ukraine’s main intelligence and security agency – admitted on television on Wednesday that the =October attack was “one of our realizations.”==

US drone locked weapons on Russian jets – Moscow

The Su-34 and Su-35 planes were forced to fire flares during a dangerous encounter over Syria, a senior military official said

 

A US MQ-9 Reaper surveillance and attack drone flew “dangerously close” to a pair of Russian Su-34 and Su-35 fighter jets in Syria on Wednesday, Moscow said. It was the second such incident in less than a week.

 

According to Rear Admiral Oleg Gurinov, the deputy head of the Russian Reconciliation Center for Syria, the incident occurred shortly after 7:30 am local time over the northwestern Aleppo Province. He said theRussian planes automatically fired decoy flares after their radarsshowed that the Reaper had locked its weapons on them.

 

White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre offered a different account of the event, stating that the Russian aircraft were “flying dangerously close to our drone,” which was part of a mission against Islamic extremists.

 

The Pentagon said earlier that a Russian jet flew within meters of an MQ-9 during a separate incident on Sunday, damaging the drone’s propeller with flares. Addressing Sunday’s altercation, Gurinov said the Reaper was flying in a reckless manner, and collision was narrowly avoided thanks to “the high level of professionalism” of the Russian pilots.

 

Moscow and Washington have frequently accused each other of risky maneuvers and unprofessional behavior in Syrian airspace. Farmers holding on to heirloom strains for generations are finding a niche as more consumers seek organic produce.

 

IXTENCO, Mexico — On the slopes of the Malinche volcano, Juan Vargas starts the dawn routine he’s had since childhood, carefully checking stalks of colorful native corn. For years, Vargas worried that these heirloom varieties — running from deep red to pale pink, from golden yellow to dark blue — passed down from his parents and grandparents would disappear. White corn long ago came to dominate the market and became the foundation of Mexicans’ diet.

 

But now, the heirloom corn Vargas grows is in vogue. It accounts for 20 of the 50 acres on his farm in Ixtenco, in the central state of Tlaxcala. Vargas, 53, remembers just one acre reserved for it 2010, when demand was virtually zero and prices low. Fueled largely by foreign demand, the corn in its rainbow of colors has become more profitable for him than the white variety.

 

Vargas is among farmers in Mexico who’ve been holding on to heirloom strains for generations, against a flood of industrially produced white corn. They’re finding a niche but increasing market among consumers seeking organic produce from small-scale growers and chefs worldwide who want to elevate or simply provide an authentic take on tortillas, tostadas and other corn-based pillars of Mexican food.

 

Corn is the most fundamental ingredient of Mexican cuisine, and it’s never far from the national conversation. Amid President Andrés Manuel López Obrador’s move to ban the importation of genetically modified corn and his imposition of a 50% tariff on imported white corn, some scientists, chefs and others are advocating for the value of the old varieties in an increasingly drought-stricken world.

 

Heirloom varieties make up far less than 1% of total domestic corn production in Mexico. But for the first time in years, Vargas and others are hopeful about the crop. Some in the academic and public sectors hope to increase its production.

 

Vargas’ heirloom corn sells for around $1.17 per kilogram abroad, more than three times the price for his white. If demand keeps growing, he’ll plant more. He boasts about his colorful “little corn” that travels the globe.

 

“People abroad validated us,” he said.

 

It’s unclear how much of the heirloom corn goes abroad — Mexico doesn’t keep export data for the crop. But Rafael Mier, director of the Mexican Corn Tortilla foundation, said it’s clear exports of heirloom corn are growing based on the increasing number of tortillerías and restaurants buying it, especially in the U.S.

 

In Las Vegas, chef Mariana Alvarado said she began getting native corn through Tamoa and Los Angeles-based Masienda for tortillas, tostadas, tamales and the masa she sells in markets and online about four years ago.

 

At the time, she said, maybe 20 chefs in the U.S. used native corn — she estimates that’s now doubled.

CENTCOM Commander Visits Israel

 

TAMPA, Fla. — On Jul. 25-27, Gen. Michael "Erik" Kurilla, commander of U.S. Central Command,

traveled to Israel to visit the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, Israel Defense Forces (IDE),

the Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations, the IDF Intelligence Directorate, and other

specialized units.

 

General Kurilla met with the Israel Minister of Defense, Yoav Gallant, and the Israel Chief of

General Staff, Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi to discuss shared commitment to address regional

security concerns and the progress being made in cooperation between the IDF and CENTCOM.

The CENTCOM Directors of Intelligence, Operations, and Plans and Policy attended the

engagements.

 

General Kurilla also visited several other specialized units while in Israel.

"Significant progress has been made in interoperability between the IDF and U.S. Central

Command in the short time Israel has been part of the CENTCOM area of responsibility," said

Kurilla. "The ability for our forces to work together are a key aspect of our combined efforts to

support regional stability."

Niger coup: Captive President Bazoum defiant after takeover

 

Niger's President Mohamed Bazoum has issued a defiant message on Twitter after soldiers announced a coup overnight in the West African nation.

 

Trouble began early on Wednesday when troops from the presidential guard took him captive.

 

His foreign minister has said the takeover does not have the backing of the whole military, but the army chief has now said he backs the junta.

 

Mr Bazoum is a key Western ally in the fight against Islamist militants.

 

The US and France both have military bases in the uranium-rich country - and have condemned the coup.

 

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken called up Mr Bazoum promising Washington's "unwavering support" and the UN and the European Union have called for the president's immediate release.
