Anon just learned of a "new" (to anon) book; the book of "Jeu" (two of them, actually). That word is pronounced "you" or "yew"; so, these are the "books of (you)", kek.
That humor/wordplay/spelling aside: these are similar to The Stranger's Book which describes "The Ascent of the Stranger" (see https://www.gospels.net/stranger ). That book describes a prayer/invocation/spell to use to pass the six "Powers": Desire; Darkness; Ignorance; Death; Kingdom of the Flesh; and Foolish Wisdom of Flesh. That prayer is fairly simple to memorize:"What bound me has been killed, and I've been released. I'll go up to my father, the One above all the great realms."
This video goes deeper into the "levels we need to rise up above"; there are 12 (first 5 are difficult, next 7 are much easier), then a 13th, then 60 more. Likely just scratching the surface; and, going deeper than most choose to study.
