Interesting segment on "GBNews" featuring Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes, but something about this makes me uneasy.
She brings up some good points, but there's a few odd narratives she injects into the conversations. I get the feeling she's well meaning, but maybe watching too much Charlie Ward or Derek Johnson clickbait.
And I'm seeing some people assume she's some sort of insider, but she's likely not. Highly unlikely a real "insider" would be going on public TV saying these things. And while she was on Trump's transition team back in 2016, I can't find anything about her currently being on a D.O.D. Task Force.
Could be that GBNews brought her on because they knew she'd work some quirky narratives into the conversation that they could then use to attack. GBNews looks like a rebranded mainstream media outlet for Britian, kind of like NewsNation is for America. Same girl, different party dress sort of thing.

A report from the Washington Examiner on July 28 revealed that the Kentucky Board of Nursing had issued a requirement for licensed nurses to complete an “implicit bias” training, based on a capture of the Board’s website in August 2022. The training included “highly racialized content” that sources told the Examiner had “very little to do with nursing.” (snip) Two days after the Examiner published its report, the KBN edited its homepage (compare July 27 to July 28) to reflect that the implicit bias training was no longer mandatory. The Kentucky requirements continue down a long-established trend of leftist “training” sessions in post-secondary education.

Oregon Republican leaders who orchestrated a six-week walkout from legislative sessions to stall Democrat-led bills will not be allowed to run for re-election when their term ends in 2024, Oregon Secretary of State LaVonne Griffin-Valade said Tuesday. Griffin-Valade, a Democrat, vowed to uphold a 2022 law passed by Oregon voters known as Measure 113, which says lawmakers with more than 10 unexcused absences from the legislative session will not be eligible for re-election.
