Smith is trying to set DC trial for January saying 4-6 weeks for his side of case. This is a squeeze play attempt. That would leave DJT 2 weeks for his defense in DC to rush over to GA for that case-—- to jump to FL case mid May. This is about rushing these cases to not allow DJT attorneys time to plan a defense, and not allow them to put on a defense.
