What's for dinner anons. This anon usually makes 6-7 quarts of homemade things like jambalaya, chili, Julia Child's beef burgundy and a couple others. Each makes up to 12-14 dinners.

Now that sounds GREAT. Anon lives by himself and can't cook every evening. That's why anon cooks meals that freezes good. Do you like hash browns anon. If so, I can tell you the trick to make great hash browns. Just ask.
Here's a tip for you pizzaanon. Take a small container and add 1/3 crushed red pepper then fill with decent olive oil. Let it set for a few hours and it's good to go. Using a small spoon, drizzle some of the oil on your pizza. It will last for months. If you have used most of the oil, just add more.
