My Ebike had a broken weld on an aluminum frame, and nobody around to fix it because it was ordered off the internet.
Talk to a local bike store and find a reputable ebike dealer.
Majority of ebikes are being cloned out of China, of course.
Ebikes are not waterproof, so I wonder if that bike was left out in the rain?
That's another stupid thing with ebikes.
They made them NOT to be waterproof?
