Biden held a zoom meeting with other World Leaders and out of nowhere asked if they would bring his wife back. Up until the cocaine incident it appears to be Hunter. Joe has been at Camp David or on vacation since. It will have to be a family member if he stays in the residence. I guess the sudden vacation to Tahoe and now extended is because he lost Hunter as caregiver. He has an over seas trip early next month. We will see who fills in for the time between then.
