Unless you’ve been under a rock today you know that the Governor of New Mexico has announced that gun violence is a public health emergency and has therefore declared that the 2nd amendment in New Mexico has been suspended.

 

First of all, horse caca. Anyone who complies with this nonsense probably should have never bothered buying a gun anyway.

 

It is so obviously illegal it won’t stand.

 

But look at the language. Stretching the language. Using plandemic language to justify the suspension of constitutional rights. That is just a giant window into the power grab of the C19 event

 

One sheriff (powerful in the desert west) has already said he won’t comply. Politicians on both sides of the aisle are distancing themselves.

 

I continually look at litmus test moments; moments when overreach by dumb state players test the resolve of the people and give us signs that Americans will exercise their God given rights in spite of what the “authorities” say.

 

Th Governor of NM does not possess the power to decree a suspension of any constitutionality guaranteed right. Full stop. But power often derives from the ability to enforce instead of the law.

 

Let’s see how the people of New Mexico react. Let’s see if law enforcement there does or does not back the Governor. Let’s see where New Mexico stands in the great awakening.
