There are logical and reasonable uses of chemicals and pesticides but there are red flags such as:
how much are used
the type of odors
at certain times only – ex:
only at 8:30 only a Sunday morning? or when I start cutting my lawn?
Only in certain pathways
Noticing everyone outside on their property at certain times then no one at all.
These are signatures to patterns.
