I dealt with a real arrogant asshole at Lehman on an interview. The hiring programmer manager was really just a privileged mafioso brat with a guaranteed job for life like so many that work on Wall street (80%). When I gave him an answer that was more correct than what he knew, he got indignant, said follow me, grabbed my resume by two of his fingertips and dropped my resume into his subordinates hand across the office making a spectacle of the whole process as to instill fear; this is their culture. I called him out, his intelligence, his childishness, and said watch what happens. The next month they went down, literally.
