When I think about this and all the ramifications that it implies: the suffering of the innocent, the elderly, and then the children , I start getting mad, which turns into anger, which turns into furious rage, which causes frustration, then comes shaking and trembling, then I remember the Lord and my vows, and then he eases my burden because he judges what is in my heart.
